making silicone sleeves

I currently have 1 mold built and in the process of building 2 more, I have the material to prob build 15 more molds, but question is what would everyone want most sleeves if I could cast them, or the molds where you could cast your own, that being said if you want sleeves what length do you want give me your feed back, as I am getting ready to order silicone, and should have some samples cast by next weekend or later next week.

I'd say most want the convenience of made sleeves. 4-6" would likely be good for most applications and allow guys to cut them to size.

that is about what I was thinking, I have 3 molds made up, I am going to be calling smooth on Monday and see about the silicone , I plan to go to lowes and get material to make at least 7 molds the cure time on the 00-20 that you recommended is 4 hours and the pot time is about 30 mins.

I just took what remaining 1 inch low pressure pvc the way it is looking we will have about 13 to 15 molds, so we will be looking at about 50 60 sleeves a week, if I do one casting a day,

the middle of the mold is a 1 1/2 shorter, and pour the silicone, so it caps the end, and then you put a string in the end while the silicone is wet.

well the silicone has arrived, and I have done the first test pour, I gotta get the stuff to make the rest of the molds, I have done one test pour just to see.

OK I need 4 people to test, the test sleeves will be 4 1/2 inches long, the production sleeves will be 6 inches long, the final price will be 12 dollars shipped for 1 and 16 for 2 shipped.
