I’ve already asked this question so I’m sorry to those who already answered my ?. The thing I fear most about PE is getting big and not having the time to do PE long term with family work etc. I understand if you gain and you quit you definitely run the risk of losing size and that makes sense. No workout no gains makes perfect sense. And when you start back the gains come pretty quickly. But what if someone gains and they lose size how is your eq without a maintenance routine? Has there been any members that have quit PE for years and still have great eq without a maintenance routine? I fear not getting hard the most. No body wants a big floppy dick in the end. I’ll do kegels till I die but idk if I can do a full maintenance routine. I’m more concerned with eq over gains.
