Lymphocele injury, how do i act?

Hey guys,

So i am already 4 months in Pe and since 3 Weeks i somehow struggle with a lymphocele. It worsened and worsened till i completely cut down in pe and now its regressing. I am doing everything i can find in the internet: Movement, Rest, Hydration, Tadalafil...etc.. But what is your guys take on that? I just dont wanna back out of Pe completely and than wait 3 Months just to pump and find out its there again. Also it became the worst after vac hanging sessions, after taking the sleeve off in seconds that s went rock hard under glens and on shaft. Now i only have one under the glans which is atleast only bloated and not hard but it just wont go.
Any tips for me?

Before we go too far, can you provide a bit more info on your PE journey so far, and the issues with lymphocele?
  1. You indicated you journey your PE for 4 months, but what are your PE routines? such as exercises, on-phase and rest phase, tools you are using? the intensities you put into the routines?
  2. Have you monitor your intensities? for example, how much pressure for puming/clamping/jelqing? your traction force when pulling? your pain sensation during your routines?
  3. You indicated you are current struggling with lymphocele. Have this condition occur before PE that you are aware of or just after specific routines? This can extend to bodily functions as yearly lymphatic pathway infections where you feel hard lumps somewhere on your body.
  4. This will sound out of place, but do you have skin conditions, like prone acne, cyst, or boil?
  5. Medication you may be on?
We'll evaluate a multi-dimensional pathways to resolve this.

1. My PE Routine: I do PE everyday consisting out of: High tension hanging, last time 1,850kg/4lbs for 45min, than i do low tension extending with an phallosan forte for 2 hours. Mid day I do Girth were i interval pump for 5x2min at 7inHG and after a few min rest for another 10min at 5-6inHG. At the end of the day before sleep i go for another 10min pumping at 5-6inHG. Together with some (pelvic floor (yoga like)) stretching. Currently i also added a lymph massage after every PE. I track the tissue fatique and expansion and only go up in Wheight/inHG when i plataue for awhile. Im using the vac cup of my Phallosan forte modified to a hanger and a airpump with gauge. Aswell as the normal phallosan forte. Till now i have gained 2cm/ 3/4inch. I do rest phases when i notice that i overwork/or my erection quality decreases. Till that is restored i just to mild pumping 3 times a day for 10min at 5-6inHG. I leave out high pressures/and stretching/extending. Ah ja and the phallosan forte low tension i dont track the intensity, i just strap it to my desk while work and keep constant tension with my leg. So from green to red is all in there.

2. So yea i track it all and i worked my way up to this. I do not feel pain at all during the workout or after. I avoid all pain and rather take it slow. or go lower incase i start to feel discomfort.

3. lymphatic issues never occured in my life before and only after PE, especially after vac hanging/stretching and pumping, like all PE that i do. And it is just on my penis so i do think it is due to PE.

4. No dont worry im open to everything that might help, I have no Skin conditions or health conditions at all.

5. No medications at all, just added now tadalafil because of recommendations regarding to lymph issues from other PE people.

5.5. Startet taking L-Citrulline and trying different herbs for lymphatic cleanse rn.

Perfect traction zone!! Proud of you. The 1850kg scared me, but I know it's a typo. Do this for a week and tell us your observable results, especially any soreness between the base of the penis to the mid shaft.

Warm your penis up using anything warm, such as thermal water bag, rice sock, or even warm air blower for 5 minutes. Use 1850g/4lbs for 10 minutes, massage the penis for a minute, switch over to 2270g/5lbs for 15 minutes, massage the penis for a minute, switch back down for 15 minutes, and massage the penis for a minute. Strap on the PhalloSan for 2 to 4 hours. 4 hours is recommended if you can handle it. Reduce the tension from below green so the traction remains in the green no matter what you do.

Let's keep this pumping routine up for another week during observation. You can go for 2 weeks if you like.

Got it. We want you to do SSJ routines in your pumping if you have done so. Look at the 5x5x3 methods for a light reading and videos. Also, look at the video called C-jelq. We want you to do the C-jelq from the base of your penis to the base of your glans instead. This promotes lymphatic forced drainage.
