Thanks for the warm welcome. I am not entirely new to PE, but am taking it to a serious level to counter the effects of Peyronie's, which seems to have turned up almost overnight about ten years ago. Previously, I wore a JES extender up to eight hours a day for several years and did vacuum pumping as per my urologist, Tom Lue, MD. This eliminated some stinging sensations I experienced during erections and reduced hourglassing, but did not much affect curvature or shortening. Now, I am using the RestoreX device as per the manufacturer's directions, continuing moderate pumping, and am adding in jelq, kegels, along with all-day traction with the Silistretcher as soon as it arrives, with the goal of regaining my previous 6 inches and then some with only slight curvature. I reviewed the Newbie Routine recently as it was linked at another PE site.

Wow it sounds like you’ve really done your research, good for you. What exactly is your routine right now?
 
It goes mostly like this. Usually I isolate the pumping and clamping to its own time slot in order to allow any glans water retention from the RetoreX to subside, but sometimes there's very little so I go right to the pump.

Stretching. 10 minutes of heat with microwaved gel-bead pack. (I have a small microwave in my bedroom.) 5 minutes manual stretching. 15 minutes RestoreX straight stretch, 15 minutes RestoreX bent stretch. 30 minutes to one hour X4 extender while reading or watching a show.

When I get the Silistretcher (which I ordered from MoS, thank you -- I think it has a better design overall and better materials than Phallosan), I will be wearing it most of the time and put it back on right after the RestoreX routine. I will keep the X4 extender for wear during getting-up/showering routine and such, but the old strap devices are pretty outdated, even though I use a section of silicone sheath as an interface, or, over the Coban wrap from the RestoreX routine, which works even better.

Pumping. After heat, 10 minutes jelq and 5 minutes manual stretches, I pump for 20 minutes at about 3 Hg, followed by clamping with a silicone band and some edging for a half hour or so. I have a huge microwaveable heated-sand (?) pad to warm the pumping cylinder.

Kegels. Whenever I feel like them, and always at the gym between weight sets.

Looks like a really good routine and I suggest that you copy what you posted right here into a new thread in the progress and routines section. It’s a very good first post for your progress logs.
 
Just measured about 2 months in with Restorex and now measuring 7.5 inches, a gain of 0.4 inches with two 30 minute sessions per day. Stretched I’m even bigger.

Hey LoveThick8 how long have you been using the RestoreX? It looks like it would be painful on the head clamp vs a pump based device like the Sizedoctor Gamechanger or Phallosan bell type device w/ extension rods.

Actually the head clamp doesn’t pinch too much. It spreads the clamping force out across your head evenly and can be adjusted to accommodate heads of varying thickness. You only clamp for 30 mins per session so it doesn’t cause any pain for that length of time. I’ve gained about 0.4 inches in 2 months using it. Really like the device and it has scientific studies to back up its effectiveness.

Thanks. Well, I know using other devices when starting growth can come quickly. But I'm intrigued as 30 minutes is a pretty short amount of time to get results. It looks like you are using the Silistretcher / phallosan type device as well after your RestoreX sessions. How do you know the results are from the RestoreX and not from the all day stretching devices or another part of your regimen? My experience has been the all day stretchers work well, it's all about consistency for long term results.
 
For the past 3 months, I have only been using the Restorex device because of time constraints. I can get in two 30-minute sessions daily with the Restorex, and I'm continuing to see gains from it.

If you come to a point of plateau please just ask and I can help you rework the two sessions to continue your growth. Let’s stick with the protocol as long as your gaining.
