Looking for feedback and comments on my process

starting jelqing and pumping last week. received my mityvac about 1.5 weeks ago. before i get into the routine and progress marks, i've run into an issue (or so i think) with the mitisleeve for the pump. i'm treating it well and caring for it, but three pumps ago something felt off. after inspection i found the entry nozzle was split. is this normal?? i've been hard and lubed entering it, and have also pretreated the sleeve with lube. I'm using coconut oil for lube.

any help with this would be appreciated. cant believe it started failing already.

here is where i'm at with my program:
Start
EL 6in erect
EG 4.5in erect
FL 6 flaccid
FG 3.5 flaccid

1.5 week later
EL 6.5
EG 4.5
FL 6.5
FG 3.5

my exercises:

started at 5mmhg with 5x5x2 and light jelqing to normalize my body, first week.

this week, for the past 4-5 workouts I'm doing jelqing, then pumping (5x5x3) on the pump mmhg, i start at 6, then 7, then finally 8. i'm surviving it well. only feeling some slight tightness or very slight pinching sensation - hard to describe... but its not pain, just an unusual sensation.

takes me about 30-40min for excercises. then i use the siliring for 30min to 1hr (the largest ring), ensuring that i use a timer to take 5-8 minute breaks, get the blood flowing, then back on the ring.

I'm open to all feedback to improve, validate what i'm doing, or help me understand more. I'm wide open to feedback!

does length always come before girth? are my gains newbie normal? i wasnt going for length, but am for girth.

some assessment and feedback would be appreciated, to ensure i'm on the right track.

Depending what routines you're using. Pumping, you will get girth 90% to 95% of the gain. Stretching using Length Master or similar length devices, you get 90% to 95% length gains. It's all how you approach.

If you're aiming for girth, effective and efficient pumping is the key.

It all depends on what you are focusing on.

I don't understand the concept of inefficient and none effective pumping.
Many don't pay attention to their routines or optimize them. Too many sheep's follow a shepherd that leads them to nowhere. The company will only sell the product but doesn't truly help in optimizing the methods for gains through efficiency and effectiveness.

This is why I am thankful for this long standing brotherhood. I will dedicate my time to assist the brothers here as the brothers had helped me in the past.
