Looking for advice regarding my DIY stretch setup

IMG_5521.jpegThis is my current stretch set up . It works comfortably applying great tension which is easily adjustable if I need . By simply moving forward or back . Is this okay for curve correction . Thankyou 😁

No mate it’s really not under very much tension . Depends really . No fatigue as such . How much roughly tension should be applied ? And for how long ? Longer the better ?

You really want to feel fatigue after you're doninstruction?Because this proves your stretch incorrectly.I suggest you increase the intensity and the time to get to a place where you're making growth

Makes sense . When we talk fatigue what exactly am I feeling for ? Abit of tenderness in the penis ?? Also do I want to be doing this every day even with the fatigue ??

A basic aching at the base of penis
 
So I’ve awaken this morning . With definitly some feelings around the base after last nights stretch . But also some tenderness , in the left side of my dick . This is curve side I’m trying to correct does this sound normal ? I was quite vigorous with the jelqing also on. This side for 30 mins

Can do what you’re doing but bundle your penis, that’ll help get more of a stretch.

Not only normal but good.It shows that you're straightening out the curve while at the same time getting in good exercise
 
Well that’s super good news to me !!! Is there any length or girth changes likely with this ?

At the same time, you're correcting your curve.You will also be gaining length and girth

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water.
