hello guys iam new here and this site is really awesome have a ton of information about PE but i have a problem with PE
it is that i have been training PE for about 4 month now and like no results the weird thing that when i start jelq or press on the penis and give some pressure from the base it immediately Pump and looks bigger and fuller especially while Jelqing but in normal and even like 100% erect it is the same size i started so could it be like some bodies PE don't work with them or what?
my routine is just like DLD first routine except 200 Jelq instead of 300 and then i raised it to 300
and after the first 2 months i tried many variations to understand by body better and what works like 2 in 1 out, 3 in 1 out , 2 in 2 out tried increasing stretches also tried decreasing them and focus on jelqs but nothing worked at all.
so anyone got any advises ?
note: my goal is increase Length.

Hey Pop96, welcome to MOS

You have been doing PE for 4 months, that's great. I would advise you not to leave PE as this is the stage when most of the people stop PE because they cannot see any gains. I have been doing PE for 7 months and I have only gained 1 inch this entire time. You will see gains I am sure of it. This is the period that your body is adjusting to PE.

One way of knowing that you are doing PE correctly is by reaching the state of fatigue. Fatigue feels like you have masturbated after a very long time and dropped a big load. Make sure you feel fatigue every time you PE.

Also, in your routine, add kegels. It will help you to reach your gains faster.;)

Welcome to MOS. Maybe your body need greater force/stretching. I personally did not do any form of manual PE rather will I suggest it to anyone. My weapon of choice is the almighty length master.

Buy the length master immediately and I promise you will never regret it. I've gained at least 1.5 inches in length and all this was from the length master within 1 year and 6 months.

Buy the length master bro.
 
Keep on working. It takes time, the first few months can be your body adjusting and then realizing "ohhh, you want this to grow, OK!", so keep at it. Nothing worth having comes easy. ;)

It's possible you need stronger stimulus. @huge-girth 's suggestion about the Lengthmaster is spot-on, it really enables you to introduce more force to your workouts. And steadier intensity, I would say.

Please check the videos: MoS videos and audio files, learn and gain! for more ideas regarding jelqing etc.. I really suggest you to try the Slow Squash Jelqs if you haven't done so yet.
While it's more of a girth workout, I see that girth and length cater eachother. While you mentioned you're seeking more length, don't shy away from several girth workouts now and then. :)

Take your time, it's a longer road and patience is needed. Wishing you great gains!

thank you guys for replying i think after some searching i will increase intensity little bit like huge-girth suggested and try reach that state of fatigue that Avglen61 mentioned and do some variation of stretches like a-stretch v-stretch and also try slow squash Jelq also DLD i will consider SRT in future cause for the moment i could only do manual exercises :(
but arkailija should i focus more on stretches now or like balance between stretches and Jelq ?

Do what you can do my friend but still look through SRT for healing and gaining methods that you can use with your manual routine. SRT can be done with no equipment at all.
 
@Pop96 , I think balance would be good but follow the SRT. Keep on doing constant effort, there can be those bad moments, but push through. Stay in the moment. :)
You could do more jelqs one day and other day concentrate more on the stretching. Just my viewpoint, there are others far more advanced on this forum, but I thank you for asking.

I'm gonna go through SRT once more and I will try replicate the working of each equipment exercise with manual exercise. It will take some time as those exercises needed to be experimented too. I'll keep you posted.
 
so you guys DLD , arkailija suggest doing SRT instead my normal routine even without equipments and silistretchers and silirings would it still be more effective for me ?

I guess by now you already know what is best for you. Get a length master and a bathmate or mityvac penis pump and make those gains. Make those gains now. Time waits for no one. The things we fail to achieve today, we might regret tomorrow.
