I think I damaged my suspensory ligament, have pain and swelling up near my pubic bone all of sudden, never had that before.
Really, really sets me back. Anyone know about this? I've been looking,
but haven't seen anything about this specifically, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You got tissue tears and not ligaments. If you have ligamentary tears, you'll be screaming right about now. Tissue tears around the ligaments is the dull to slightly sharp pain around the base of the penis. No more weight hanging nor traction device. Pumping is fine but stay below 7inHg. SSJ is recommended if you want to continue with your PE.
