Length Master Videos

Hey guys, I’m having issues viewing length master videos, I’m viewing them from my iPhone tried on safari and google chrome and still having issues, it’s coming up with “the media could not be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported” has anyone else has this issue and been able to fix it?
