Length decisions!

I know everyone grows at different rates and in different ways. My question is it more beneficial to focus strictly on one area at a time. Let’s say length for 3 months then girth for 3 months...length for 6 months or girth for 6 months? I’ve naturally always had 6 inches in girth so that was never a problem for me. I’ve always had trouble gaining length which is why I’m posing this specific question. I’m 6.9in in length not bone pressed, but bone pressed I’m just about 7.5in. I want to bring all that out and hang and then some LOL. Then I want to focus on my girth. What’s your thoughts? Advice? Routines? Lastly, how long do I have to stay in my silistretcher after workouts. How long do I have be elongated for healing. Would 2-4hrs a day lost workout work? LMK!
 
When I write routines for people I always ask what they’re more interested in so I can create a routine that addresses what they desire most. It also allows you to put your full concentration and focus into either length or girth. It also allows you to spend more time on one area since you’re not doing the other. I would love to help you work out a routine if you desire that. Let me know

Could you possible help me with a routine too? I'm also more focused on length than girth.

Absolutely, I want the best routine for length. I have the lengthmaster, silistretcher and size doctor. Tell me what to do lol

I sure can I sure can. I have some questions before I can even try to put it together. First how much time can you give me every day? Do you own any tools or equipment? Are you only interested in length? Oh how big are you now and how big do you want to become? Have you read through SRT yet? Let me know the answers and I will put a routine together for you
 
I do two 30 minute length sessions with the length master 5-6 days a week. As for tools i own; length master, mity vac, silistretcher, and the hard core silistretcher. Im mainly focused on length right now. I use to jelq a lot but seen very minimal length gains, so im now fully transitioning to length work until I reach my length goal. Before sex I usually jelq or use the mity vac. Currently, I’m about 4.25 inches flaccid length and 5.75 erect length. My goal is 6.25 flaccid length and 8.25 erect length. I read through SRT and been doing bundled streches, twist, AY stretching, and rotary cranks with the length master in my two 30 minute sessions. I also just started expressive stretching with the length master. Erect stretching?? Do you pull from the base or below the glans?

For me, I'm focusing on length until I get to 9 inches bone press before switching all my focus to girth exercises. I suggest you get a length master and use it for 1 hour daily (three 20mins session). As for staying elongated, wear a sleeve or wrap with an ace bandage all day long until bed time.
