I know everyone grows at different rates and in different ways. My question is it more beneficial to focus strictly on one area at a time. Let’s say length for 3 months then girth for 3 months...length for 6 months or girth for 6 months? I’ve naturally always had 6 inches in girth so that was never a problem for me. I’ve always had trouble gaining length which is why I’m posing this specific question. I’m 6.9in in length not bone pressed, but bone pressed I’m just about 7.5in. I want to bring all that out and hang and then some LOL. Then I want to focus on my girth. What’s your thoughts? Advice? Routines? Lastly, how long do I have to stay in my silistretcher after workouts. How long do I have be elongated for healing. Would 2-4hrs a day lost workout work? LMK!
