So I started by following the matters of size video phase 1 basics with a warm up then2 set of stretching then I did 300 jelqs then a small break then a second set of 300 jelqs then a warm down then ball massage and I was good .I woke up Sunday morning felt sore so I rested .This morning I saw some spot at my head I was like wtf so no pain but noticed that and wonder what could be happening any ideas.
