Indeed, welcome back! You're the same age as I am and I do also have issues with ejaculations.
How's your diet and exercise routine? I find that I've been lacking in the fitness department a bit (a lot) and that could be part of the issue equation.
How often do you release? I'm currently about once a day and still the force isn't as strong as it used to be. (And I've taken bee pollen etc., that should have an effect on the output.)
Could be also an imbalance, have you done your reverse kegels?
I suggest you vary the kegel routine, doing 100% "pumps" for several seconds one day, other day 50-60% light work and then again 70-90 % holds on another day.
Rest days matter as well, one can overtrain.
