So.... I started these today... and at first I *hated* them.
By the time I got to 100.... I was hooked. :D
I get a sort of rush from them.
They are great to do on the subway! lol
Messed up my boxers but good.... but when I got to my stop.... I was fried.
(tried not to move too much on the 1 minute hold. That's tough).

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

My question is:

What do you guys do to take it up a notch?
 
Here's what I did tonight (I do these twice a day).
Reverse the complete order.
Do the one minute hold.
Then the 50 @ 5 seconds w/ 2 second slow release.
Then the 100 pumps

Try doing them standing up with your legs about 3 feet apart.
It helps to do them undressed and when you do the 100 squeezes... do them with solid regular force. Try watching your cock go up and down for the full squeeze.
(prepare to drip) lol

It's an intense workout. :D
 
Hey! Another Bostonian! Sweet!

I've been ridiculously lazy with my PC work for a while now. I've been meaning to start them back up since I made my "Zenno Jojido" post in the Main Forum, but I just haven't yet. Once I start up I'll post here again.

I don't know how many flexes I could do in a session, but I do remember one time where I held a PC flex for 12 minutes. There's no way I can do that now!! :D

WHOA! 12 minutes, wow. I've never attempted it. Something tells me I could one out for a while, but those long squeezes end up being done just hard enough to be called a flex rather than an all out 5 second contraction.

I doubt 1000+ 1 second holds would be too difficult, I could maybe do it in one set. But, it's unneccessary.

A good routine is finding the LEAST amount of work to do to get results.

Yea I tried them nude last night. It was late and I really wanted to work the PC hard. Needed to see how much "lift" I was getting from the flexes.
I wouldn't do them nude on the subway. lol ;)

lol I tried some quick ones this morning nude, with a towel wrapped around my dick. I figured I'd give it a little weight training to help develop the lower chamber some. Not bad..not bad...Hydromaxmmm

Did 700 today on the ride out to Home Depot on the subway.
It sorta made me sick at my stomach for an hour or so afterwards. lol
I guess I have a ways to go. But..... gonna get those remaining 300 in by the end of the day! Damnit. lol :D
It's strange... I sorta get a buzz outta them. It must release hormones or something.
 
Actually.... funny you should ask.

I ended up doing around 1,200 yesterday then did my Penis Enlargement wo around 5 p.m.
Everything went pretty well.
Then I was sniffing around some posts from Redzulu2003... and he got me to thinking that I did not go intense enough.
So... I did another session around 11:30 with some of his ideas.
It was UNREAL. I really got into it.... "worked up a sweat" to quote Red himself. ;)

I say go for it! PC work pays off.
(Then again... I just like pushing pre-cum). lol
Seriously... try doing them in sets of 300 3-4 times a day.
The last set you do is tough... but it's worth it.
 
Ooooohhhh it's sorta hard to do these the day after one of Red's Constrictorized ATS Roller workouts. :| lol
Only got to 300 and I was DONE.
 
I've found kegels to be quite boring and hard to do, until i figured out this trick. Do them along to the beat of a good song or music video on your computer. Something with a strong, pulsing beat has worked for me. It'll help you keep your pace and time your holds. Personally I use that new techno vid called "Call on Me" by Eric Prydz. If you haven't seen it, download it and you'll see why I use it. rofl

Right now, my routine is doin kegelling along to the beat of that song straight through once (about 2:45), then again with alternating 1 kegel per beat and 1 kegel per 4 beats, and then along to another song if i feel like it. I used to kegel a couple years back and I can personally attest to all the things it promises to do for you.

I listen to music during my work day and pretty much just kegel to the beat throughout the whole day.
 
I am real new to Penis Enlargement but i do 500 quick and 50 with 1sec holds then 1minute hold
this has been my routine. I do this twice a day.
 
The most effective way to train any muscle you have trouble feeling is to do isometrics with at least 6 sec holds.

When you do 6 sec holds you are neurologically making that muscle stronger by activating more muscle spindles which creates a "clearer" pathway to the brain and therefore increases strength.

This should be what everyone does first, then you should mmove on to the one minute hold and try to fatique the shit out of the PC muscle and end with the 1 sec flexes. This addresses the PC muscle through the eyes of physical therapy. Which considering most people before they start Penis Enlargement tend to be limited in their functions with the PC muscle. This will help skyrocket the strength of any neurologically weak PC.
 
jakb, would that be good for those getting back into doing kegels again after like four months or so of not doing them at all? I do about 600 regular ones and 100 reverse a day now. They are like just one sec to two sec holds.
 
I think after doing kegels for so long the user will start to do them without even knowing. If I tried to calculate how many I do a day it would be almost impossible because I do them unconsciously throughout the day.

Yes 8. Start with the 5- 6 sec holds. They neurologically stimulate growth alot faster, especially if you havent done them in a while.
 
I never realized this before but now I feel especially stupid. What are the benefts of a weakened PC muscle? Is it that it leads to further growth and thus making it easier to build a strong PC muscle which helps in ...or is it that you want it weak for the time being as it will cause your bpfsl to stretch farther and make it easier to not have as much resistance when you stretch period? I guess I really don't know if that's not anywhere close.
 
No you dont want a weak PC muscle. I was stating that the best way to strengthen it is to start with the 5-6 second holds and then move on from there. The 5-6 sec holds helps regain a stronger neurological connection. Then you move on to building hypertrophy of sorts. My thoughts are that ALOT of people have weakened PC muscles. It is VERY difficult to strengthen a muscle if the neurological connection isnt strong.

You have an interesting thought above weakening the PC muscle then doing your flaccid stretches. Hmmm.
