9 9_16 0 Jan 29, 2005 #2 By jump roping, I believe you mean skipping....... yes? Extremely good for cardio. Better than running I say. It'll work your calves a lot and also a little bit your arms and wrist too. Remember, don't jump, hop on your toes.
