Hey guys I am making my own post to my journey of making gains. I'm somewhat new to pe. I've tried to do a routine but it never last more than two weeks. I have a length master which is what I will be using the most in my journey. I'm starting at 4.5 Erect length and 4.5 erect girth. My flacid length is 2' 13/16in. Flacid girth is 3' 7/8in. I probably stated that weird as I read in other post. Looking to get to 6×6. Here's to future gains!

This allows us to keep you accountable so that you do not lose your motivation. I would love to know what you’re doing for a workout or if you need any help in creating that work out? Thank you for the starting pictures I would like to know what your bone pressed measurement is because I did not see that. Again welcome my brother and let me know
 
Hey DLD thanks for creating this forum! My routine is just stating out with a length master. I'm not sure what else to do unless you can help me with a much better routine. My BPFL is 4"13/16in. My BPEL is 5"1/2in. I tried to make my measurements as accurate and consistent as I possibly can.

I’m very proud of you my brother for making definitive measurements before you engage in a routine. I love that you’re starting with the LM, there is no better tool that will bring length. With the Lengthmaster you have so many different options it truly is the Swiss Army knife of PE.

The best plan for you would be doing the newbie routine but using the Lengthmaster for all of your stretching. Do the remainder of the routine as it is written and after a couple weeks we can change things up become more intense.

Is rotary crank when you move your penis in a circular motion?
Is 300 Jelqs to much to start?
Is it okay if I copy and paste your workout as I did it to post my routine for today?

I'm going to save some money and I'm going to buy an LM so that I can train we are too small so we have to work hard to change our lives

Update - From the previous workout, I feel soreness around the pubic area. I got about 7 hours of sleep and my body feels good today. I woke up around 7:30am, I also did a 4 mile walk today 16:03 mile pace. After that, I did the PE workout above.

A rotary crank is like stirring a pot of soup you can make big rotations or small rotations. 300 jokes is what you should be starting with so that’s perfect. You can copy and paste that my brother no problem.

the Lengthmaster is the first tool everyone should grab. Nothing can come close to the work this does on length.

If you are having sex with your wife regularly you would need a break due to fatigue but if you’re not in a relationship the best time to stretch is when you are in a state of fatigue. So if you do need to have that erection quality I suggest reworking your routine so that it jives with your sex life.

no problem my brother. There’s something else you can do to get yourself some generic Viagra, 100 mg tablets and cut them into quarters and those will help you retain erection quality even if you’re fatigued.
 
Okay so I haven't been doing my routine above but I have just been wearing an extender , Phallosan Forte that I bought 5 years ago. I've gotten over 200 hours in. I just started using stronger tension and now I feel soreness after using it. Is that a good thing to feel sore?

I'm not sure because I haven't measured yet but my flaccid seems longer. I plan to measure when I reach 500 hours. Is it bad to use full tension on the extender? Also I'm going to start using the lengthmaster again.

Please my brother I am begging you take official measurements so we don’t have to guess later on. It appears you’re looking to get longer right now and that seems to be your priority. In that case I highly recommend you pull out your LM and put it to work. If you need some help in writing a routine let me know.
