Hey guys! I started my PE journey 2012. I bought an andro penis extender and gained 0.8 inches. That was the most painful extender ever but I beared with the pain and gained that 0.8 inch within 4 months and stopped PE. I started PE again March last year using sizegenetics and bathemate. I’d use bathemate for 10 mins and wear sizegenetics at 8am and take it off around 9pm and finish off again with bathemate Monday - Friday. I did this from March until December and gained NOTHING! Stressed out I was on YouTube and stumbled across DLD’s channel. I watched one video and told myself I’m going to give this one more shot and that’s it.

DLD gave me a routine with lengthmaster and silistretcher but at the time could only get lengthmaster due to finance. Got the lengthmaster and started doing the stretches he told me to do. I did them and could really feel the stretch but still no gains or that’s what I thought until I bought the silistretcher. I incorporated the silistretcher with the regime but my head sometimes was bleeding and I didn’t know why smh ?‍♂️it’s because my glan had gotten bigger due to the lengthmaster by 0.2 inches so the bell for the silistretcher was too small. Then I incorporated erect stretching at the end of the day when I take off the silistretcher for 10 - 15 mins. After a couple of days later I cemented 0.25 inch length gain!!!!!!! I’m so suped! And grateful! I feel I can reach my goal before the end of this year ??

That’s great news! I have been using the silistretcher as well as manual stretching. What is your routine? For how long are you keeping the silistretcher on? What degree of tension are you using? Leg or waist strap?

Upward LM stretches 6 x 30 seconds
Lengthmaster Basic Stretching Routine
Behind The Cheeks 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up: 30-seconds x 3
Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Pyramid hanging for 30 minutes
Use silistretcher for the whole day. After doing hanging you should feel an inc in the ligament, so use the silistretcher to keep that stretched out so it can cement. I’ve started sleeping with the e silistretcher on too!

I do your stretching routine, but manually. I’d like to get the LM, but to keep things private- I don’t know where I would hide it. How firm are you pulling on the silistretcher? I still can’t gauge how much force to use. When you use it at night, how much force do you think you use?

how is the pyramid hanging going for you? I had heard little feedback since I created this routine so I would really appreciate any kind of review you can give me.
 
The pyramid hanging is going great! I really can feel it bringing out my inner penis. I do it for 30 minutes and put in the silistretcher to hold the stretch. The bundled stretch in all directions is amazing too! I can feel the inner penis being stretched.The length master helped my glam grow by 0.2 inches so I was really really happy with that

I’m so happy that you posted this! I wish more men would take notice of these hanging routines because they make very logical and pragmatic sense. I was never big into hanging until I figure it out these methods
 
It really is an incredible stretch!

in my opinion those two hanging routines are the best routines out there. I just loved the idea of creating fatigue and riding fatigue through the entire work out. As fatigue peaks more and more we are able to stretch further and further.

Unfortunately for me, hanging is not my thing. I rather stick to using the length master especially now that expressive stretching is now available. I want to see what 40mins daily expressive streching and 40mins dld blasters can give me in 1 year.

Currently doing your routine of 20 minutes of downward bundled stretches with the LM. Im only able to do 1 set right now cause I'm getting such an intense stretch.
I'm planning to work my way up to 2-3 sets but right now im seeing gains just doing 1 set so no complaints here😎

Don't sleep on PowerAssist stretches, they can be very expressive. Plus I want you to do videos of them

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
