Hey guys, thanks a lot for the warm welcome. I am really looking forward to the helpful advice. I stumbled upon PE a couple years ago, didn't give it a proper chance as I didn't have the time due to school and work. I have time to myself now so I can fully dive into it. Today makes it a month since I've started PE and I'm happy to see results, despite them being small. I was large to begin with. I started off at 6" (FL) x 5"(FG) and 9 1/4" (BPEL) x 6 1/4" (EG). Last week I took some measurement just to see if this really works....currently I'm at 6.5 (FL) x 5.5" (FG) and 9 3/8" (BPEL) x 6 3/8" (EG). My goal is to make it to 10" x 7", and now that I've seen some results, I know it's possible. Once again glad to be on board!!
 
STARTING ROUTINE:

1. Warm-up for 10 minutes - I usually use a rice sock since it holds heat way longer than a warm wash cloth.
2. Stretch in each direction for 30 seconds in each minute for 5 minutes. After each 30 second stretch I do kegels to get some blood pumping a bit
3. Wet jelq for 10 minutes and increase by two minutes every week. So as of next week I will jelq for 18 minutes.
4. Cool down for 5 minutes and massage for 5 minutes.

I do this 5 days on 2 days off.

But I would really like to switch it up. I don't want the routine to be one-tracked if you know what I mean. So any advice is welcomed.
 
Hey guys! How's it going? Just a little update.
So I switched to the Newbie Routine a couple weeks now and I must say I'm glad I did! The last time my BPEL was 9.375 in. and now it went up to 9.5 in. There isn't any change in girth however, but I'm willing to play the patience game so I can't complain since it is working. I had to take this week off as I was extremely busy and barely had time to myself. Can't wait to continue next week.

If you need any help with the routine please let me know so I can make sure you’re covering all areas needed and that it is in line with SRT so you’re making the best gains and the fastest healing.
 
non bone pressed I have never really measured as it fluctuates so much. I know that when GQ magazine measured me down pressed I was over 11 inches but my non-bone-pressed size was 9.5 to 10. I started at 6.5 x 4.75
GAINZZZZ!!! You made all those gainzzz with manual exercises?!

So it turns out, that upon measuring this morning, my flaccid girth has increased a bit. Can't complain. Any progress is still progress. I'm here for the long run. I'm just glad I'm doing this now in my 20's than later in my 30's. Since the beginning I was doing the workout all in one, i.e, doing the stretches and jelqs one after the other. But now I decided to spread it out a bit more. In the morning I do the stretches for 20 minutes and a 10 minute jelq session. After that, a 15 minute edge session. I included the edging because my erections haven't been 100 percent lately...and it just feels good LOL. During the day, I would do the directional and rotation stretches. In the evening I focus on girth by doing wet jelqs for about an hour and finish off with a 15 minute edge session along with kegels and the testicle massage.

Welcome to the brotherhood and thank you for such a incredible introduction. Always great to have a new brother and to hear your plans. I have a few places in the foreign you might want to read that will bring you up to speed with what we’re doing particularly SRT and how the healing and gaining methods will benefit anyone he uses it. I would also look at the newbie Routine for some awesome basic stretching. If you need help putting together a routine please just ask!

Hey DLD, right now I'm just doing a lot of reading; trying to learn as much as I can. I am still exercising in the meantime, but there is one question that has been gnawing at me for a while now. So, I have been reading Kingsnake's thread which is very inspirational by the way. So I see that he started using a DMSO/PABA solution in order to maintain/increase the elasticity of his tunica and he actually gave application instructions. By extension, he also uses this for the slight left curve he has in his dick. My dick curves slightly to the left when erect as well, but it also curves down like it's fucking shy. For a while I thought it was Peyronie's Disease but I don't be in any pain. So now I just find this curve annoying to fucking look at cuz my length isn't really being showcased effectively in my opinion. So my question is, can the DMSO/PABA help in the case of a downward curved dick so that it can eventually point straight out (or even close to)?
 
Its hard to be specific. But personally i found benefit in using dmso i have gained over 1mm per day using it.
 
So for more clarity, this is what I'm talking. The pic below are where I'm at so far...I can only use a tape measure because of the curve. There's been no change since. Currently at nbpel 9" x 6.4" mid-shaft girth.
 
A great exercise that is extremely effective that everybody is using now to stretch to Tunica or bundle stretches. Nothing can relax to Tunica like bundle stretching and believe me I’ve searched high and low and found nothing. I think it would be a great thing for you to include bundle stretching as this Will help you with the routine you’re doing.

As far as your bend goes, It is linear therefore you can use DLD Bends to correct it. Linear curves are the easiest to correct. I added a linear curve by using this exercise. But also, in my opinion, I think it down word or upward curve makes the penis with so much larger than it really is.

I don’t know much about the chemical side of what he was doing but I can guarantee you the manual portions of what I showed you above will definitely get things straightened out figuratively and literally

I can see why you would think that an upward/downward curve makes the penis look longer. It's like a right-angled triangle...the adjacent side is the penis that points straight out...the hypotenuse is the longest side whether up or downwards...and then to add a curve to it would make it longer.

I think for now I will go on with this mentality. Recently I decided to focus on length first by doing a lot of stretching but there's only so much strength your arms have to pull the penis. So from next month I'm going to order a silistretcher but for now while doing manual stretching along with the bundled stretches, I gonna try to make a homemade stretcher similar to what KS did.

That’s awesome my brother! Focus on length for right now and in this process you’re going to straighten out a bit just by doing these exercises. But once you put specific intensity into an isolated area correction comes rather quickly. Is there a reason you’re not going to start correcting or are you deciding on whether or not you want to correct?
 
Hey DLD, the reason why I am holding off on correcting is that I want to see how it would look after reaching close to my goal length. Only then, I will make the decision to correct or not.

That makes me very happy because I think it’s gonna look extremely impressive with that curves and the extra length. Every time I see a curved penis I always assume it’s an inch bigger than it is

I've always known that I'm stupid. I have a similar curve to the right and a bit upward but yet I always measure with a ruler instead of a tape. It seems the tape is good for measuring a bent penis. Am I right?

Yes you are longer than what the ruler says unless you’re using a Taylor’s tape.

I will have to measure again. I feel so motivated by this information. I've always believed that I'm longer because my penis whem wrapped with the ace bandage is very long semi erect but it becomes shorter due to the curve when I'm erect.

How much of length do you think is hiding inside my curve dld?

Hey huge-girth, I don't fuck a lot of women, but for those that do get the opportunity, lol look on their faces is priceless. One time a woman called my dick beautiful and just went down on it (she tried really hard to fit it in her mouth but couldn't lol). When it comes to penetration, going balls deep is pretty much not an option for me. Most times, I'm left with about 2 inches out.

Lot theory Has completely fallen by the wayside. Lot theory stoped making sense when I had a angle that determined I can make no further length gains but I continued to stretch down and I continued to make length gains as a matter of fact 4 inches in length total. Lot theory always seemed to discourage more than it did encourage.

Today we have come to much better conclusions on many of these things and they are all recorded in SRT. The most important two things I’ve learned over my two decades in this work is it’s all about gaining and healing. Keeping it simple like this has allowed many men to make gains very quickly without a cloud of discouragement over their heads.
