I have not done it that much but have not really seen much in terms of results. What is the standard routine /time frame to see results. I'm interested in girth vs length and have pumped. currently 8+x 5.75 and want 6.5-7 around. Considering fillers. from pumping over the years, i gained .5 to .75 on a good day seems permanently.
Can i realistically expect that with jelqing? Thanks in advance.

Quick question, have you been pumping erect? Entering flaccid and getting erect yields no gains. Literally only helps with flaccid size.

All the strokes should be no less than 3s.

I always do 5s jelqs.


JELQS(200-250) - PUMP (5-10 min) -> SSJ -> Head enlargement exercises -> JELQS(200-250) -> Repeat for 6 -12 sets.

Now I will add to my routine clamping + pumping + glans pumping with caverject.

After all my girth exercises I do 1hr of 5s jelqs, does not matter how many I do, rather focus on quality jelqs.


Always jelq at 80-90% erect. The more blood you can move the better expansion you will get.

Also as @Billboard asked above, how much time were you under pressure?

  • How many HG were you using?
  • Did you use sets? One set or marathon pumping?
  • Did you use the correct size pump?
If you are 5.75 you are too big for a 1.75' pump, I would recommend you buying a 2.00' or 2.125' diameter pump.

I gained .75' in 10-12 months just from jelqing. I used viagra everyday, the more blood flow the better. I didn't know much at that time.

2.25 pump = 7 inches

2.125 = 6.7 inches

2.00 = 6.2 inches.

It is so simple, so there should be no reason why you would not do it. You have to warm up your penis with a warm water and a small face towel. Make sure that you cover your entire penis with warm water and the towel to insure that it is fully warmed up.

Then apply some lubrication to your shaft and gently arouse your manhood to make sure that you get an erection. However you do not want a full erection, just enough to stroke your penis and insure it is not flaccid.

While holding the base of the penis, apply a moderate pressure into it by sliding the hand from the base along the penis length up to the tip. The grip then slides forwarding to the end of the penis head. Once it reaches the near end of the penis, use the other hand to repeat the process. It should result in a continuous process.

Each stroke must take at least 2-3 seconds. Perform this at least 15 times a day. After doing it, try it in a different motion like sliding it to the left and also the right side. With this the penis will be much more effective of producing such great results.

By performing the Jelq, it is very helpful to use a lubricant especially for beginners so that they could perform the techniques easily. Once progresses in the exercise, you could set the bar higher. After a month or two of doing this, men could actually double the effort of doing the technique like 30 times a day would be good.
 
I start soft and then it gets hard....when i release the pressure, it goes down.

Whosoever is seeing this post of mine should take note. If you are pumping for girth, make sure you put an erect penis of at least 80% to 90% inside the pump. Never pump flaccid, you won't see gains if you do.
