I have not done it that much but have not really seen much in terms of results. What is the standard routine /time frame to see results. I'm interested in girth vs length and have pumped. currently 8+x 5.75 and want 6.5-7 around. Considering fillers. from pumping over the years, i gained .5 to .75 on a good day seems permanently.
Can i realistically expect that with jelqing? Thanks in advance.
It is so simple, so there should be no reason why you would not do it. You have to warm up your penis with a warm water and a small face towel. Make sure that you cover your entire penis with warm water and the towel to insure that it is fully warmed up.
Then apply some lubrication to your shaft and gently arouse your manhood to make sure that you get an erection. However you do not want a full erection, just enough to stroke your penis and insure it is not flaccid.
While holding the base of the penis, apply a moderate pressure into it by sliding the hand from the base along the penis length up to the tip. The grip then slides forwarding to the end of the penis head. Once it reaches the near end of the penis, use the other hand to repeat the process. It should result in a continuous process.
Each stroke must take at least 2-3 seconds. Perform this at least 15 times a day. After doing it, try it in a different motion like sliding it to the left and also the right side. With this the penis will be much more effective of producing such great results.
By performing the Jelq, it is very helpful to use a lubricant especially for beginners so that they could perform the techniques easily. Once progresses in the exercise, you could set the bar higher. After a month or two of doing this, men could actually double the effort of doing the technique like 30 times a day would be good.
