Is it better to perform jelqs in rep ranges ie 600( 2 sec jelqs) or jelqing for a certain duration ie 10 minutes consisting of 3-5 sec jelqs?
It makes no difference at all. You can try both "methods" and see which yields you the best vissible results. Thanks DLDI agree with Mike try them both and see which brings you greater post girth measurement. This will tell you which routine will work better for you. And if you’re looking at jelqing I also recommend the SlowSquashJelq to test.
