Hi all
Im a newbie to MOS...and im interested to know more about jelging exercises. Medical reports state they have no hard facts that these exercises work. Wondering if anyone has tried and interested to know about results if any. Looking to length even if it a small amount. Also any good sites i need to look at regarding jelging exercises.

Essentially there are two types of penis enlargement, expanding the tunica and weakening the ligaments.

What jelqing does is essentially use sustained pressure to tear the tunica cells just like in bodybuilding so that they grow back larger.

Jelqing is highly successful if done in the right way in large amounts on a sustained basis.

How inciteful

Hi Rakas,
Have you made good gains with them personally?

There are literally over 100 ways to jelq. You can explore many of these methods by going to www.mattersissize.com/access. If you search out the AV section you will find many different ways to jelq. But out of all of these different exercises the one that is most powerful is the SlowSquashJelq. In the link above search out the exercise called “isolated compression squeezes“ this is the SSJ before I renamed it. Have a look let me know what you think.

Unfortunately I joined this forum as a teen and have only just returned after about a decade. I made some temp gains before but only did it for about two months.

Didn't think it did that much so I've recently stopped doing them, if told differently I might jump back on it

On this point the best thing to do is follow statistics. Years ago I created some length and girth gain polls in the poll section and then looked at those who reported more than an inch in less than a year. Although there were variations, of those doing manual PE the common factor was 500-2000 jelqs per session.

Remember that it's rare to see very fast gains, you need to be looking at things on a quarterly timescale before you judge them.

Too many people all over the world has made gains from Jelqing. There are people like myself who got a thrombosis vein from Jelqing but it's still a very powerful exercise and it works 100%.

Jelqing is the standard pe exercise but the slow squash jelq trumps it big time
