Starting a thread to hold myself to account to reach my goal.

Starting:
BPEL: 6.75”
EG: 5.25”

Goal:
BPEL: 8.25” (+1.5)
EG: 6.25” (+1)

I’m currently recovering from Silisleeve irritation at the base where it seems to be rubbing. I’ve bought some baby powder to try and see if that improves things when I try it again next.

As far as equipment goes, I have a Lengthmaster 3, a Bathmate Hydromax 7 Wide Boy (the one without the hand pump) and some silisleeves (obviously!) that I’m looking to make use of once recovered.

Current plan is to follow SRT with stretching in the morning and SSJ+Bathmate at night.

A couple of questions though:
1) is there risk of baseball batting the penis with SSJs before getting close to length goal?
2) how many rest days are people incorporating (if at all)? Would no planned rest days but not stressing if occasionally a day was missed here or there work, or should there be some deliberate rest days worked in to the plan?

If baby powder is not working for you, magnesium carbonate is the new best bet.

Good call. You may need to switch it over to pumping in the morning and SRT at night. Always good to break the cycle for a week to trick the mind and body.

A couple of questions though:

Nope. As long as you're pumping in a uniform cylinder. Bathmate may cause a slight baseball bat formation, but if you use the SSJ to equalize out the tissue expansion, you're golden.

2) how many rest days are people incorporating (if at all)? Would no planned rest days but not stressing if occasionally a day was missed here or there work, or should there be some deliberate rest days worked in to the plan?
3 days on, 1 day off is the average. But your body may call for 1 day on, one day off base on intensity. Right now, I'm on 1 day on, 2 days off due to mental stressing (the website and work; not enough rest). Your body will tell you what you need. Pay close attention to it.

This is a very real and attainable. Being realistic with such a goal is the smartest thing you can do. You are starting out with the same size i did, although my girth was less. I was able to accomplish inches beyond my starting size.

I was going to say that you should use baby powder to prevent this irritation. In addition I highly recommend using hydrocortisone when you do have this irritation. Very cheap and extremely effective. I think MOS sells it in the MOS store.

Not a chance due to the way SSJ is preformed for perfect growth along all sides of the penis jelqing straight out so nothing to fear.
2) how many rest days are people incorporating (if at all)? Would no planned rest days but not stressing if occasionally a day was missed here or there work, or should there be some deliberate rest days worked in to the plan?

This is up to you ate way you react. I always say 7 on none off but if this too much take one rest day and go from there to maybe 5 on two off or every other day. It is totally up to you and the way you feel.

Currently putting the Palmers stretch mark lotion on it while it heals (collagen, vit E). Will look into hydrocortisone though.

Unless I have SSJs all wrong, I thought where you grip at the bottom wasn’t getting the expansion from the SSJs, and with my starting length there’s just a smallish bit in the middle that gets the benefit.

Actually, it's the pressure from where the grips may be. If you migrate the pressure little at a time up the shaft, the pressure of the remaining blood volume will expand the shaft accordingly, creating a more uniform shaft as you go. If you have a larger bottom of the shaft, SSJ from slightly in the middle of the shaft to trap blood for the upper shaft will create larger upper shaft. Those who have the upper shaft too large can do the same thing by creating a restrictive flow around the middle, causing the bottom of the shaft to swell up instead.

Your body will tell you that you need 5 days in a row, 4, 3, 2, or even 1. SRT is merely a directive methodology to test where you are and how long you need to reach fatigue zone. It's just like the skeletal muscles (and of course, penis muscles are soft), the same application occurs. If your body cannot take on the 5 days of stresses, the body places a recursive, or greater tugback, and prevent the tissues from growing. This is where the stress hormones kick into high gear, causing you to not grow.
 
Are the lengthmaster videos available anywhere at the moment? Particularly the wrapping and attaching ones.
Are you talking about the listed items from SIM with all the videos? They're all there in the list and the Media > Instruction Video section
