Is the forum has issues or it's only on my side?

Since the forum went down for the first time. Even after it's back up. I almost constantaly have issues with the forum.
Sometime it doesn't load at all. Sometime some threads works while others failed to load even after many attempts. / different browsers.
Is there an issue or i just think there is and its something local on my phone.
For example most of the time i can't go into my main thread in members routine area.

There isn't any problem that I know if right now. I'm using Google Chrome. @oldandlively
