Is it time to give it up?

I recently developed these unsightly black and purple spots on the tip of my penis after hanging primarily. I would back off for a month - they would fade a bit - but never fully supside. Then after just a single session/day of hangin they would get much darker. I took off about another month.


They faded but not fully gone - I decided maybe lets try the ADS - nope after one day they are darker then ever.

Is my PE career over?

Did I do some sort of permenant damage? I really havent noticed reduction in sensation and/or EQ(although this is fading as I’m on the wrong side of 45)
 
Looks like you hang too much heavy weights before your glans can handle the loads. The bruising is an indicator that the capillaries ruptured in the sensitive skin. You have to condition first before going that high on the weights. I know your penis inner tissues can handle it, but your upper skin layer are not. They are still too sensitive to be subjected to that kind of loads.

The bruising will go away. That's a given. No worries on that front. Just use hydrocortisone after each PE routines and aloe or coconut oil, or even jojoba oil, a few hours in between to soothe the skin layers.
 
Nah. Quite a few brothers here had and still have it worst. Mind was even more gnarly than this. This is the "just a very light boo boo".

So give it 4-6 weeks and get back to it - with lower intensity?

Yes. Bruises or broken capillaries take a bit of time for the blood to disperse since the broken blood cells deposited in the upper layers of the skin (the fascias). Since there is no quick drainages in the upper skin layers, the old blood will take time to dispersed and absorbed. The faster way to help things along is to use warm compress, or any warming method for a few minutes, and then do quick light circular massages around the effected areas. Use the carrier oil to lubricate things along, like highly filtered coconut oil (to prevent the sediment from rubbing you raw), jojoba, aloe gel, or even olive oil.
 
I guess my fear is that this is some internal injury because any kind of PE turns them a dark purple. But sounds like nothing to worry about and this should heal without issue?
