I want to share my thoughts and methodology, for maximizing gains with LENGTHMASTER 3.
When your set is to long you risk fluid retention, and more discoloration at the glans, and you will not be able to keep the intensity at the highest, if your sets are to long. There are many reasons for this, but the main reasons are:
- Hand and arm strength, will go down even after as little as 10 minutes. For me this have been the sweet spot. To perform static holds are really tiring for your nervous system/muscular system. Just 3 days rest and I feel I'm getting weaker in this.
- Risk of fluid retention go up as you increase the time of your sets and sessions (longer clamp down time). With this comes >>
- You are more prone to develop discoloration at the glans, due to restriction of blood flow. My solution for this was to keep my sets short and implement healing with MOS-RED for 15 minutes after my sessions.
- It can even be painful to stay clamped down to long, and this will prevent you from stretching hard. The fluid retention will also prevent you from stretching hard. This will prevent you from stretching har during the entire set.
It's important to clamp down the chamber all the way. You want the chamber to grab the inner structure of your penis. This will stretch more inner penis and you will gain faster. Reverse Kegel are important.
I belive in short hard dynamic stretching. This means that you go in hard and stretch for a short time, and then rest...and repeat. For me this have been the key for maximum elongation of my tissue/penis. Remember rest is as important as the stretching itself.
What I mean with this is that, it's better to do 2 sessions each day, instead of just one session each day.
The reason for this is that during the rest between the sessions (example: one in the morning and one st night), you will benefit from the temporary elongation healing between the sessions.
Doing one session in the morning and one session in the evening is optimal. Because you will keep that temporary elongation after the first session with a penis elongation wrap, sleeve or SiliStretcher all day long until you get to your last session.
After your last session you will get even more elongation...and the cementing of your new size will happen faster (cement your gains faster).
Why do your sets need to be 15 minutes? In my opinion it's to long. My belief is that it will be hard to stretch hard for 15 minutes. I mean stretching really hard. And there are no reason for not stretching hard.
If you stretch for 10 minutes it will be more effective. Sometimes I even make my sets 5 minutes each, to make it more effective. Especially when I bundle more. With more rotations of my penis and stretching hard (doing 5 minute dynamic stretches), if I do not rest every 5 minutes there will be to much fluid retention. This will not be beneficial since it can prevent me from doing my second session, and I will not get maximum elongation healing during the day.
If your sets are to long you will reduce the blood flow in your tissue for to long, this will not be comfortable if you clamp down is all the way. I do not want to discourage you, just help you to optimize your program.
I belive in the most effective dose, without stretching for to long each day. I have been able to get by on 40 min (20 min x 2 times; 3 days on, 1 day rest and repeat) to get to where I am.
Make your sets more effective rather then increasing the time of each set, this is my recommendation to you. Also holding your stretches for 5 minutes each and bundle as much as you can will help you get maximum elongation and you will gain faster. Do not be afraid of your body shaking by doing 5 minute stretches. That will happen.

when you refer to clamping all the way down in the Length master- how far downdo the wing nuts go- bc obviously we all
Have different girths and nobody can tighten it completely flat.
I’ve been going as tight as I can to where it doesn’t move at all inside there- and then retighten the wing nuts between each directional exercise to make sure it stays tight- are you just saying tighten it down as tight as you can?
