Is fluid buildup a good sign?

I’ve been doing my girth work after My length sessions to stretch the tunica when it is more fatigued. I do bundled stretching and a full length routine with my Lengthmaster, then I hang, then I do my 5x5x3. Last few times I’ve been getting a lot of fluid buildup, but I’ve read that this means the tunica has been leaking fluid from being so stressed. Obviously, you don’t want to overdo anything, but wouldn’t fluid buildup be a sign that I am successfully stretching my tunica at least? I’ve never really understood why fluid buildup is such a bad thing in PE.
 
It's just one of those things that comes with PE. I've gotten it from my beginning stages of pumping when I wasn't going too hard and still get it now (pumping every day - most of time full intensity). I don't really consider it bad, I just do my best to relieve myself of it as much as possible after a hard girth workout. I usually try to do an extra 5-10 minutes on my last Jelq/SSJ set after my Bathmate routine to minimize the fluid, but overtime it will just go away on it's own. I also throw on a wrap (after wearing a c-ring for a half hour) for extended passive healing and it does a pretty good job of eliminating any remaining fluid.

Great advice man, and my thoughts exactly. I’m not sure why everyone speaks about it like it’s such a bad thing (I’m sure it does have downsides) but to me it seems like a natural part of PE and should be expected if you’re training with proper intensity. I’d rather err on that side than not training hard enough.

Are you wrapping with an uncle Jim’s wrap? Usually when I wear them to bed I wake Up with my cock on fire and have to peel the wrap off cuz of the pain. I think my penis expands at night sometimes and that causes the tightly wrapped cloth to begin pulling on my skin as it expands. Same problem happens if I go to bed with a silisleeve on. Does this ever happen to you?

If you skim through my progress report in the Routines and Progress section you can find the wrap I use. It's called the Comfort Wrap from Walgreens and it works perfectly. If you put it on good you can wear it to bed comfortably without issues, it's pretty expandable so if you get an erection in your sleep it usually won't choke your dick and will allow it to go back into a normal extended flaccid state when the erection goes away.

This wrap is extremely comfortable, stretchy and has grippy padding on the inner side to prevent slippage. Cut it all the way down the middle so you can get a more even wrap, switch between both to preserve the integrity of the wraps overtime. Pull your foreskin down and get a secure wrap around the base of your head a few times, don't choke it, just nice and secure. Keep a grip on your head after its been wrapped around, stretch it out so that it's in an extended state and wrap it evenly all the way down to the base and then come back up with any remaining wrap for more sturdiness. It has a velcro strip to secure it down. Don't wrap it too tight, just enough to hold yourself in an extended state, very important.

This wrap is comfortable and flexible enough so if you get an erection in the middle of the night it won't be uncomfortable (if you didn't wrap too tight) and will just go back to normal when your dick gets flaccid again. I wear mine every night to bed and never have issues with comfort when I get erect or slippage when it goes back to flaccid.

Try Arnica pellets or capsules,
Or Arnica Gel, Arnica Cream from Walmart A535 (don't worry smells more like daisys not the A535 smell or burn or cooling sensation)
Or try Arnica Oil they all bring down and reduce swelling, bruises and inflammation!
 
I think most people worry about FR as an aesthetic issue, not a functional issue. I try to minimize it myself for aesthetics and not wanting my wife to see my dick with a giant donut ring around the head from over-pumping.
