Is anyone else having issues with Penimaster Pro Vacuum chamber?

I have penimaster vacuum cap.

I used it regularly and it worked fine (with no split adapters). My glans were held in place.

Then I took a break for a month or so.

Now I want to start using it again, but my penis glans ALWAYS slide out. I can't understand why. Maybe because I have foreskin, but it was fine before.

I put in large split adapter and head did not go through. I put on medium split adapter and head went through to the chamber, but STILL was pushed out.

I just can't understand what is wrong. I replaced the rubber, but still getting the same problem.

The glans just go out of chamber at all times, even when using split adapters.

How is that even possible? It seems like genuine mystery.

I’ve never owned one so I can’t really advise on what the solution to the Penimaster would be. The Penimaster Pro was the one piece of equipment I regret buying. Too finicky to get right and one of the spring bars broke after 2 months with non-existent customer service.
Couple tips to get the glans chamber to stay:
- use a tiny bit of water-based lube instead of their glorified Vaseline. I found this held better. Also, their product degrades the diaphragms rather quickly.
- try going into the chamber semi erect (maybe 30-50%)
- try 2 bulb pumps worth of suction. After going in with one pump, close the valve, depress the bulb again, open valve, and allow glans to go in further
- when glans is in, before closing the valve, give the bulb a few micropumps to seat the glans effectively
- if glans is still slipping, you probably need a smaller sleuce and/or diaphragm

and that comparison is between every single ADS on the market. It doesn’t matter which extender you choose the best extender will always be the SiliStretcher and the StealthStretcher. I had similar problem it was because I had over tightened the screw on top of the chamber which had ceased to do it's job correctly. I replaced it and cautious now not to turn it hard tight and no problems.
