Im aware that the jelqing technique has to be done in a moderate way and takes time to get results, so i i decided to start and mantain the exercise in the long run.

My penis lenght is 12,7 cm, i will make jelqing 3 times a week, 60 exercises every session. I havent measured my circunference yet, but i will do it one of this days. Im 23 years old, and exactly in five months november 25, i will write the results for anyone who is interested in try it.

Welcome to MOS brother. 60 strokes of Jelq done 3 times a week will not give you the gains you seek. If you want to focus on Jelqing, you have to go by time. Do one 20mins session of Jelqing. With time, build up to 3 20mins set of Jelqing. Train 5 times a week.

Are this an experiment, or do you want to gain as fast as possible?

There are better ways. Before I knew anything about this place or about enlargement I did this for one year straight. I did 30 minutes 6 days a week. I would have gained more and quicker if I knew about keeping it extended after the exercise.

In the end I gained almost 1 inch in length. I don’t know how much I gained in girth but I know I gained some. I was absolutely dedicated for that year. I might have missed 10 or 12 days in that year, I’m not joking. So, like the others said pick a better plan that will get better and quicker result, I know I wish I did because I believe with the jelqing and a more extensive plan I might have gained 2 inches in that year.
