For length the lengthmaster is best and for girth the mityvac or bathmate are best.

I'm a big fan of the Mightyvac. I like to disconnect the tube from the pump and enjoy the freedom. I also like that it's clear and you can see how things are going that's very encouraging. I also like the fact that it has a gauge and an emergency exit valve. That allows variable pumping. For another $75 roughly you can get a second tube so you can do stage pumping. My only issue would be that the pump only holds the 8 in Long cylinder. So my 12-in long cylinders have to go on a Shelf outside the bag. I also like the fact that I can choose to dry or wet vac. By choosing dry I can choose to put some coconut oil in it. By choosing wet I can put it in the hot tub and do a very very therapeutic stretch a massage at the same time. With clamping I had to make myself do it with other tools I had to make myself do it but it seems like pumping just rather easy cuz you can get in it disconnect from the pump handle and go for your 10 minutes. And then later on again try a different tube
