Ideas to improve Matters of Size ?

Hey brothers,

here we could share some information and ideas how to improve the forum and make it even better.
I already had some ideas in the past but didn't know where to post and sending it via messages or doing posts and linking the admins off-topic in different threads isn't cool as it won't be easy to find for the admins/mods later again. I also noticed that some other people here are also having cool ideas to improve the forum but sadly they're not getting attention as they would have earned because the posts disappear and getting forgotten as threads become longer and longer, so I thought about creating an own thread for it.

1) Improving the automatic welcome posts
I love the messages as it can really help the people, but sadly it just contains the links to the Newbie & SRT routine.

1. It would be great and a big improvement and help for the newbies if you would also write in the message that they should measure their dick and link the measuring thread. Also it would be very beneficial if you would add images (comic/cartoon) how to measure the dick.

I would also include FL (flaccid length) and FG (flaccid girth), here I would recommend writing something about doing 3-5 measurements throughout the day and take the average. ((measurement1 + measurement2 + measurement3) / 3 = average size.

2. Including the glossar thread: https://mattersofsize.com/threads/glossary-of-penis-enlargement-terms.120/

3. Including the video pages (old or new) as they show the exercises on video:
- https://mattersofsize.com/videos/

If you recommend people to measure their size, tell them to link it in the signature or tell it in their thread, they will have the data for themselves and see if/when they make gains + MoS the forum will get more data about sizes. Or you check the idea 4) about a database.
If you write more in the welcome messages with the most important links, they will ask less questions = less work as everything is easier for them and for a fast start + for the admins and moderators less work.

Example: https://mattersofsize.com/threads/hey-up.1820152/

2) Sending an automatic welcome message
As soon as somebody registers they get a direct welcome post automatically by the system, do the same with a message so it's double chance that they see it and check it out.
Here you can welcome them again and write that they should check out the welcome post + link it, every info should be included here again as some people don't see the welcome posts and are asking simple questions about how they should start, what this or that shortened word mean and how to perform exercises.

3) Automatically recommend people to start progress threads after they learned about PE
Also you could write in the welcome post/welcome message that you recommend starting them a progress thread + which information they should insert in the start post of it.
For example:
  • measurement data + starting date
  • which routine they will use
  • which exercises they will perform
  • how much time per exercise
  • which devices they use
4) PE Measurement Data Table like Thunders (people can make it viewable just for their own or for public)
Very great for a structured look, so we don't have to scroll through 50 or 100 pages of progress threads of a user until we find updated/current measurement data!
Click here and then click on a user to see what I mean.

Threads/Sticky/Sections:
- Gaining Self-confidence section (maybe in 'Mental Health' or 'Outside Penis Enlargement Forum' section)
- Best gainers with their starting stats + gaining stats + links to their thread (huge motivation for newbies and people checking out if PE works)

Well I hope lots of people participate so we can really make the best forum ever and I also recommend you to structure the ideas like I've done above, so it's very simple for the admins/mods to check it and read them.

It could do with being more organized, with the mods being directed better with purpose as to specific tasks on the forums.

Assigning mentors to members who want one. Giving it a more personalized experience with the visit.

I have ideas, doubt many if any would pass as they aren't cash cows, but more making this place allot more based around the members, hence a free personal approach from mods or whats the point of having us? And a premium service could be offered for those wanting video calls, intense coaching.

Long-term, get an app.

Can we have a draw function in the "post comment" bar......
We have GIF and other utilities, can we also have a draw function where we can draw to illustrate our penises......
Many people hesitate in posting pictures......
A draw function can be an alternative

And some regular UK forum moderators

Anybody else has other ideas please let us know we read this and we take it to heart

Some more moderating, if possible. :-) There was a spike of spam registrations. And sometimes I notice some topics get way too off-topic (nothing wrong with a little bit of it) so at times manual creation of new threads or moving messages to another, more suitable thread. Yeah, it can be a hassle but could really organize the forum.

Registration and welcome messages; from what I've checked very few new users (maybe not human after all) reply anything to the welcome threads.
More than the same message repeated to every new users, maybe there could be bold "START HERE" that would include the most used sections and links to them. (As in SRT, Newbie routine, measuring, terms glossary etc., something that was mentioned in the first post by F26.)
It could save some small amount of bandwidth and ease up on reading the live threads.
I could say it is a pet peeve quite much, coming to MoS, clicking new posts and big chunk of it is welcome messages. At times I bother to go to the new member section and mark all those welcome posts read and carry on reading what's "really new."
I don't know if it gives the best look to MoS anyway, loads of "new users" but no talk, it isn't organic. (At least that is how I see it.)

Keep on doing the good work though, as in keeping the forum alive! So glad to have you posting more RED! And the best of gains to you. ;-)
