Wanted to vote about 10x6 to 10x6.5, but went with 10x7 since it was the closest option. (guessing that is BPEL, so I want to be at least 9" NBPEL if it was possible).

Also don't want a flaccid penis of that size (so same soft and erect is out), but I really wouldn't mind a flaccid up to about 8"x5.5". Any larger than that and it would be 100% impossible to ever hide if required, not to mention a 10"x7" flaccid would scare 99.99999999999999% away, lol.

Well I guess it is a good thing I lost that bit of size, I am closer to the Ideal Penis SIZE for HIM :)
 
I will just imagine what fits on the frame (the body). That would be 12 inch. I guess above it would become ridiculous and out of proportion really. Anyway 8x6 still feels to small and I can't help it. At least not so far - but I have to say my view on this is changing (luckily). In case you have a maximum cock size it would be nice to know that you would still gain a little. So that way it would still be worthwile to do the exercises everyday.

That will help. My hand is size 10 but gloves fit as size 11. When I look at pornstars there will always come a point where you have a good hand-cock comparison and it is quickly apparent that they are smaller than expected. Additionally how well it fits into the mouth is a very good indicator. I am surprised all the time on how the perception tricks me.
