I need help with the VLC extender add-on

DLD shared awesome news that wearing my brand-new QEP doesn't have to be uncomfortable.

I'm trying to buy the VLC add-on, however, I'm confused about the measuring it asks.

Apparently my flaccid head width is 1.5''.. But for my erect width, should I kegel so I actually expand? otherwise my head stays the same or so.

Really don't want to buy the wrong size and waste money, so help would be greatly appreciated.

So good to see that you have made it onto the forum! Your best bet on figuring out things for sure before you order click here: VLC from there send an email to Ron with any sizing questions. I can tell you for sure that all measurements are taken completely flaccid. But if you have any other technical questions Ron will answer you quickly.
 
Where can i send a email to Ron? im having trouble getting my glans size for the VLC, i dont understand the measurements
 
Yeah i figured it out last night but i just ordered one should be coming in 3 days, Pretty excited since i never found a good wrap for SG, i thought of never using again since it kept slipping off
 
Yes that is a good way to make a passive stretch. It is also the only device that I recommend using overnight aside from the SiliStretcher. The intensity is not gonna be that great but it will hold you at an elongated position.
 
I just got the VLC but i was wondering how you attach it the SG? if there is any video tutorial that would be great

There should be instructions on the VLC site. If not let me know and I will find the information for you.
 
What's the difference between the VLC and the TLC? Do they work the same?

The VLC was created to use with an extender to be a much better attachment. It makes any extender extremely comfortable and so easy on and off, within 10 seconds. The TLC is for foreskin restoration. So they are very different.
 
Thanks DLD now i understand, Another tugger question, My foreskin seems to be irritated when i use the tugger for a while (2hrs) is this suppose to happen or I have to get used to the tugger? Any ways to toughen up my skin? Talk that knowledge of wisdom DLD ?
 
What i did differently this time is, used the SG in a low to medium mode and i lasted longer wearing the tugger for 2hrs till i had to take it off and massage my foreskin for a little then put it back on,

That’s about how long I last regardless of tension. I’m using the tug strap attached to a 25 lb weight on the ground and I sit in a chair or the couch. Works great.

If you’re getting sore at the two hour mark I would suggest removing your gear and doing some deep tissue massage for about 2 to 5 minutes before starting another two hour set.
 
Nice! btw that deep massage worked, i went thru the first 2 hours then i take it off and deep massage my skin, i was able to go another 2 hours

Im only focusing on length at the moment so manual stretches + SG with VLC only, works great, gonna stop length work after the end of next year then remain doing girth work for a 1 year or 2

for some men that’s the smartest way to go. Some people find it so much easier when they only have to focus on one thing at a time.
 
Indeed, Stretching doesnt involve so much time, on less youre using an ads, i usually wear it at a low to medium for i can adapt to that tenison for hours, you think it's possible to get a 7 inch in 6 months, i'm 6.25 inches right now

My routine is
Manual stretches - 10 mins ( all directions for 45s, ending with traction stretch )
SG + VLC - 5 hrs+ ( i wear it as much as possible but i try to get a minimum of 5hrs at most )
After all those hours in the SG i do Erect Stretches for 10 minutes

This sounds like a good place to get going! I’m so happy you got the VLC, it makes everything so much better.
 
Ok.... curiosity is killing me here. Since the above gentleman is only focusing on length at the time, could I better use the time/effort I’m putting into girth and instead do another hanging session? IMO, I already have respectable girth at 5.7...
 
How many sets of hanging do you do and how much weight you use? remember girth work also targets length as well, i like to think jelqs are 2 birds one stone, targets your ligs and pushes blood to your head enlarging your dick

I would advise that you go for whatever you desire most. When you consider time and the limit you may have and want to get in what’s most important. And if you’re like me it’s easier to concentrate on one thing at a time. If this is the case I suggest to tackle one first and the other later.

I'm very curious to see how much gains I can make from 40mins of expressive stretching in a 6 months period.
