I have a confession to make...

So I have not been doing any training for over 2 weeks. It started with the holidays but morphed into almost 3 weeks. I currently have a lowered desire to do any PE work.

I acknowledge this in light of the fact that I DO want a bigger penis. The good news is that I have kept my gains so far and I plan to re-engage in PE in the near future.

Sometimes a step backwards is more of a reset. I am giving myself a couple weeks to process that reset.

I also have a life change coming in March that will give me much more FLEXIBLE time and allow me to work from home. I am imagining a way to couple that with more consistent training.

I will be active here regardless...

These kind of pauses might happen. As long as you acknowledge it and keep your head in the game, you'll be safe. Coming to MoS, reading and helping others is PE in a way as well. :)

You said well about the reset: as Brothers might hit plateuas and such, sometimes a break can make it easier to jumpstart the gain-train again.

Stay active and start "slow" when you get back up on the saddle. Even with smaller pauses I have noticed that the blister-troll or other mean beings can lurk in the corner.

Ease into training slowly and take your time. With my personality, I get bored easily so I can understand. Remember to do your kegels to have a fit penis.

We all go through funks like this my brother and it’s something you’re gonna need to get through because it’s going to happen throughout your whole career. And those times where you’re feeling uninspired come to the forum inspire others and this will reflect back on you giving you much more motivation. I’ll keep you my prayers and I wish you the best

True words, my brother. I'm feeling good about a reset actually - not just with PE, but with my health in general. It's been slipping away and now its time to course correct. All part of the master plan :)

Headed to Disney with the family for a week - when I get back, I'm going to strip things down and start with the newbie routine + 5/5/3 BM/SSJ for a week to get rolling. Before I reboot, I'll hit y'all up for some fine tuning.

So awesome to hear! We all need to press that reset button every now and again, it’s part of being in the PE game and when you add into that getting your body in shape, that reset button is very valuable. I hope you have a blast at Disney it is one of my favorite places to go. Have fun and when you come back we can start all over again
 
I've rubbed shoulders with freaks in many fields, so I know some people are just born with burning obsessions that drive them to the top. Most of us mere mortals, though, have to deal with motivational ups and downs. I know I do!

When motivation is at a low, it's good to go back to the beginning and think about what made you want a bigger dick in the first place. What was that for you? What will it be like to have the dick you want? Don't just imagine it... obsess over it a for a bit. See it as clearly as you can in your mind's eye. You will get there, MC, this is just a speed bump.

Is there a particular workout that you really enjoy? Even if its not the ideal thing for you to be doing right now, that's a great way to get yourself started again. :)
