I did the routine and found the following problems:

stretches behind the cheeks are very uncomfortable and difficult for me, can they be changed for another stretch?

By stretching non-steadily for years, wouldn't that affect my progress? Shouldn't you add more exercise or intensity?

I also read the srt routine, but right now I don't have the money to buy what it takes to make them, is there any way to do it manually? I also have a bandage, is there a guide on how to use it properly? I don't know how hard I have to wrap my penis

my measurements with a good erection are 7x6, and I want to reach 8.5x6.5, that's my goal

I would also like to know if you could help me carry out a variant of the beginner's routine, but more intense, I feel what would be best for me
 
Hello my brother and thank you for your question. If you cannot do the BTC simply go as far as you can before pain sets in. So maybe a few degrees back from a straight down stretch.

The newbie routine stretches are very good as they fit every possible angle. If you want to add additional exercises we can do that. There are plenty to choose from. DLD Blasters are a very good stretch. Fulcrum stretches are awesome (find these stretches in the PowerAssist thread, you do not need a Powerassist to do them use a piece of pvc pipe.)

SRT is the best routine and you can start using some of the exercises and methodology now. These things do not take money they just take practice. Things like healing elongated or using a cock ring after your girth workout.

I would like to see you write out a loose routine using the newbie routine and the SRT routine and let me look over it so I can help you modify it or make changes.

I am doing this routine twice a day, once in the afternoon and once at night when I shower.

1:00 pm:

First, I put a kettle on to heat the water and then I soak a cloth and apply it to my penis one minute every 5 times while doing the bundled stretching for the 5 minutes

3 Sets:

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing

300 Jelqs

100 kegels

At the end, I do 5 minutes of bundled stretching again, and proceed to apply the bandage to keep the penis stretched throughout the day.

I must add that I take advantage of the moments I have to go to the bathroom to do 5 minutes of basic stretching: one minute up, down, forward, left and right, I usually do this 3-4 times during the course of the day

thank you for writing out your routine and it looks like you’re right on track. I would go with DLD blasters because they are probably the most powerful of any of the fulcrum stretches.
