I'm thinking of getting a Hydropump device (
bathmate) but wonder if it really helps. Many articles on internet do not support it as a permanent gains device, but only temporary. Also there is not much clinical testing which supports this (not like there is for extenders). From your experience: does this work? Is it necessary to do other things (like using
cock rings to stay expanded) to make it work for permanent gains? Can these gains be possible within 3 months?
I'm taking about only using the device, without manual workout (just bundled stretches).

I’ve used a
bathmate for 8 years. Literally 2012 I started PE and the first thing I bought was the
bathmate Hercules (OG model lol). I then outgrew it and moved to the
Hydromax extreme X30 (it’s now called differently, but I’m OG back in the day) and then I moved onto the X40 extreme and then the X50 extreme etc.
I can tell you that they work and do give permanent results over time. Nothing is given to you on silver platter. I’m sure you’ve read that in other threads or in google searches, but with hard work, patience and discipline you’ll get gains over time. It all depends on what you’re chasing for. ( length or girth?) or both.
I can also tell you that you’re living in one of the best times because this has been done for years.... there are so many people here who’ve done it and so many who’ve tried different things , some that worked and some that didn’t.
if I had the knowledge I have now and went back 8 years ago I would’ve talked to people who’ve used the products (just like you) and have dived deep into routines that we’re going to work for my goals.
So maybe the direction you want to first take is to “identify the problem.”
The “problem” question that you want to figure out will be the reason you want to do PE and adopt it in your lifestyle.
think examples like
“am I happy with my current size?”
“Is my partner satisfied with my current size?”
“I’m average, but could I better?”
“I was once made fun of or humiliated for my size and I want to increase my size”
then think
“What size do I want to become?”
“how will I get there?”
“when is it considered good enough for me”
Then make your statement:
“I am unhappy with my size, have been humiliated in the past and want to increase my size so that I can feel better about myself and be a better sex partner. I will get there by following XYZ routine and will document gains and measurements at these intervals throughout the year. If and when my desired goal is reached I will re evaluate how I feel at that given time and reflect back on the journey full of ups and downs.”
Etc.
