hydrocortisone usage, regardless of strength. Just one warning, DON'T USE IT past 2 weeks in your routine. In a given year, don't use it more than 4 times.
Irritation is quite common. When you're overpushing your body, irritation and inflammation is your body way to fight back and warn you. Do remember that you are a multicellular organism that works in a synergistic chaotic organization to survive. Don't rely on external chemical factors to suppress or accelerate beyond the means of adaptation.
However, I do suggest the use of Vitamin E in its liquid form during rest period. I use it after shaving and to apply to my manhood during rest phases in its
sleeve. Ladies are using similar concentrated products (from Korea and Japan) to maximize cellular regenerative capacity during rest phases. A word from the experienced, rather than pushing harder than your body recovery process, such as the skin irritation due to over pumping and stretching, ease back and find a more natural way to adapt without depending on external chemicals that will reduce your chances of gain. Do take it with a grain of salt since I do take supplements in higher than daily recommended to induce the body's responses to promote healing in my older age. I'm not a spring chicken anymore, but I'm not dead yet.
