What I’m wondering is if there is a alternative to using hydrocortisone cream after my exercises, because where I am that requires a prescription, so what else could I use that I can take off the shelf,
By the way I’m new to this site and following some of the routines but not new to penis enlargement in general I’ve been doing it for the past few years on and off.
I kind of had a loose routine I would follow when I did it but now I’m taking it more serious
