In fact I am a beginner I want to share my condition with you
In erection my penis measures 4.7 inch
But in flaccid just 2.5 inch
And it makes me mentally always stressed he tortures all the time and does not understand what is called this state or this model of penis

In what I've read of DLD's posts, the flaccid penis - while it will also grow new length - has to also be trained to prevent retraction and to allow a longer flaccid hang. After training -- using extenders, manuals, or any other lengthening routine -- you have to keep your flaccid penis extended in a stretched state using some form of ADS. I personally use the SiliStretcher 2 but you could use a bandage to prevent your flaccid penis from retracting back also. The more you do this, not only do you allow your penis to heal in an extended state, you train the flaccid hang to remain in an extended in a natural state.

Sorry, brother - I'm not entirely sure what your question is.

At a guess, maybe you're asking why some men's penis doesn't grow to a "normal" length. If it is below average, it is mainly due to genetics. However, if it is a micropenis, it could be due to a hormonal deficiency during puberty.
