How to wrap head so NO water retention/blistering occur

Hi Everyone. I'm hoping someone can chime in here, but I'm looking for recommendations on how to wrap the penis head and use the phallosan at high/extreme tension for long periods of time. None of the caps and sleeves work to prevent the head from holding water(expanding) while using high tension.

I've tried the following with no luck

1) Using the protector cap itself.
2) Using the protector cap and sillisleeve at the same time.
3) Pumping the phallosan between 0-5 times.

There is no real way of having NO water retention or slight blistering on the glans as you are using vacuum pressure on the glans for an extender period of time. The best way to make it as little as possible is making sure that when you put the cap on that there is as little air in it as possible.

The water retention however is nothing to worry about as it goes away in a few minutes following the use of the device, even quicker if you get yourself hard for a little bit.

As for using it at high/extreme tensions for a long period of time, this won't be possible even with any other device as this will be A) Too sore after a while, maybe even your first hour, and B) It will be far too much strain on the penis.

My suggestion is to use the Phallosan as a tension that you can wear for 1-2 hour comfortably before you need to take it off to restore circulation. And make sure you use the protector cap with as little air inside as possible because that's where the glans is going to expand when you pump
