how to stretch the top part of the penis(forgot what its called)

ive been trying multiple things over the years and got from just under 6.5 and 5girth to 7.75 and 5.75 girth
but
the problem is as everything else was getting bigger the top part of my penis would not stretch
i even tried physically bending it and stretching it by brute force. it seems to be rather strong. and penis started curving up since the top was not getting longer.

is there any cream that can soften it to stretch>
i feel like its stopping my growth i can visually see everything else expanding except the top
whatever its called. ligament or whatever tissue right underneath the skin
i tried infrared light also and weights and bending it down erect or not erect.
 
What about placing something in the pump underneath penis so it would be forced to bend downward and put more pressure on the upper tunica while in the pump.

I believe the 5 minute dynamic stretches, is the key to gaining thickness/girth.

I think if you perform your length sessions with a focus on the dorsal side of your penis you should be able to correct the imbalance. I'm not sure if you're using any equipment of just doing manual stretches, but if you can use a broomstick or something similar to act as a fulcrum you can do A stretches or rolls (I think that's what they're called) to target the top part of your penis. In theory this should help the top side catch up with the rest of your gains. Everyone else please chime in if I'm incorrect or if there's a better way.

Also: BTC Stretches with LENGTHMASTER 3 will also stretch your entire penis. If you attach the chamber behind your glans, you will stretch more of your outer penis, and also more of the top part of your penis. But your entire penis will stretch, if you attach behind the glans or at the base.

I havent tried any stretch equipment
I used to manually bend it down or at least try
Sht is tough
I had my ex "miss thr entrance" more times than i can count and it didnt break or get crooked

I notices it curve upwards when i started using the leluv pump and started to see some gains
But then it just started curling up because top did not stretch at all.

If you have’t tried any equipment then listen to your brethren on here and invest in the Lengthmaster 3.

At first I was not interested in buying anything on here as I thought I had it all figured out, but boy was I wrong and do not regret one second about buying the MityVac and the Lengthmaster 3.

They are both must have equipments and I promise you that using the Lengthmaster 3 as huge-girth or squirt_inducer_man has described to you WILL fix your problem. The stretch you get from the LM3 is unbelieveable, especially the BTC stretch.

I stalled in the gaining anything at all departement for some years doing only regular stretches, jelqing and pumping as after you have gained a bit, as you already have, you need to do more intense routines to gain even more.

So to sum up: do yourself the favour of investing in the Lengthmaster 3, you will not regret it.
