how to stretch the top of the shaft?

whatever the part is called that runs along the top of the shaft is holding me back.
everything else seems to stretch except that and its curving upwards.

i gained almost 2 inches in first 2 years while doing random suff and then my gains stopped and i couldnt stretch the top to catch up to the bottom.
is there any specific way to stretch that part?

im also having trouble gaining girth. i gained almost no girth throughout that 2 years mostly length..

when i first started the head grew ridiculously large. and then i belive i overtrained and it got bumpy for few months and then it shrunk a little and never again grew to that large size that it did in the begining.

need advice on how to at least get the head size back and girth

i was stretching it and jelqing and used a pump and heat and eventually got pissed off and even tried to bend it down lol and it just would not budge at all on the top part of the shaft it feels like solid plastic.
 
i stopped now due to busy schedule and not having time to odo anything.
but after that initial gain everything kinda just stopped and i kept tryng different things to stretch it but nothing seemed to work
i pumped for about a year after that. with different pressure from low to high
i used infrared lamp and heat
i tried weights and bending and literally tried bending it with my hands one time lol and it still didnt budge.
its extremely strong. my ex missed the entrance one time while riding and where i see alot of dudes snapping in half i didnt even feel pain
like when i tug on it everything else feels like it stretches but that part is solid af like it doesnt stretch at all not even a bit. thats why i was asking about any kind of lotion to soften that up to promote some kind of stretch growth in my previous posts because i dont see how else i could stretch something that doesnt budge at all
 
Ah, sounds like you have partial scarring tissues or plagues from odd routines you've done. The rest that you have, or some brothers here called it "decon", should give you sufficient amount of time to return the tissues back to normalcy with softness and not remain as densed. A possible of combination of old injuries from sex and PE causes harden tissues. Pumping won't help as it increases girth. If you want length, manual hand works won't help. You need a bit more leverage to break the dense tissues, such as the LM and dynamic routines.

No. Passive tension force won't help. You need to push the tension force past 5lbs to "tear" the dense tissues, twist the tissues to the point of softening, and then wear the sleeve of all day stretcher to allow new formation of tissues from the dense tissues.
