I need your motivation, how do you beat the laziness of training and doing PE, I've been feeling depressed lately and it happens to me every time I do PE
lately I had bad erection and no sexual desire because of sadness, all day I think about my small penis
share with me your tips to overcome this kind of situation

You have to want it enough to do what is necessary. If erect work is difficult now shoot for flaccid stretching for now. Be patient with yourself and realize all the size you will gain will pull you out of depression

Ask yourself how you can help other people first and foremost, and a lot of people will love you for it. Now I'm not saying it's by any means EASY to will yourself off depression, or nobody would have depression. However...a disciplined person can at least remain productive even when they're not in the best headspace, because it's about leading by example of what you stand for, that you just couldn't think of doing it any other way. If you do things for yourself because you know you're worth it, then you won't have to act like you have Big Dick Energy because that'll just be who you are naturally.
I usually point people towards David Goggins, my 30-under-30 childhood hero, but he can be rough around the edges for a lot of people. I borrowed my BDE persona from Ace Rimmer from Red Dwarf. Rimmer is normally a whiny shitheel, but he's got this alternate universe self who's strong and capable and charismatic and everyone loves him because he's naturally driven to help and lead and understand people for who they are. If I'm having a depressive episode I can't be a smooth James Bond type, but I ration the serotonin my body produces.

Fundamentally speaking, best ritual I've been trying to do lately is group SRT in with my fitness routine. So I'll get done resistance training and work up a sweat, go and stand in a super hot shower for a while, and let my penis unravel itself, and then when it's nice and soft I'll do my bundled stretches and then HOPE the thing cooperates with my MityVac / Slow Squash Jelqs / Silistretcher afterwards. The exercise high makes it a bit easier to feel confident, and I'm hoping that'll work.

Also I noticed you have increased girth also. Is that cemented gains like permanent or is it just aftermath of girth training?

Girth is something that I have spend more time on than length. So I do an intense work-out with pumping, jelqing and SSJ. basicly 5 minutes of each, 3 times. Afterwards I wear a cock ring for 3/4 hours. My girth has increased a lot since I started this routine.

Is it safe to perhaps do the 5x5x3 in blocks rather than rotating? Like 15mins pump and then 15mins SSJ? Reason I ask is cuz I'll do my bundled stretches, and then do as many SSJ as I can before I go soft, then go in the Mityvac for 5 minutes, aaaand...Either I end up cumming or can't get erect afterwards for the next set. I'm happy to train this but how do I work my way up to it? I feel I'm not getting my full workout and I'm kinda lost. There's WAY too many days my dick just won't jive, cuz of stress, whatever it may be. Should I try to increase testosterone in my pre-PE fitness routine perhaps?

Thanks for the quick reply! I'm working much more diligently on the Sleep/Nutrition/Exercise front now.
To answer your question though, it's involuntary for me. Basically when I exit the pump for the first circuit, I try to go for the second circuit of SSJs, and in an attempt to get erect, end up finishing.
Now, I do have a wife I have to plow on a regular basis, so I don't know if I can go without cumming (unless you want me to avoid finishing before sex is over?), but I could commit to no masturbation if that would help it. Some people say No-Nut increases testosterone but others say regular masturbation keeps the pipes working and I'm not sure which to go with. I don't fap NEARLY as much these days as I used to, but I also wanna keep the blood flowing.

Full routine for me: On a good day, I will do my weight training (the regular one for muscles), then hot shower (increases blood flow to muscles) and during the shower I'll do my bundled stretches, heat helps bloodflow to the penis too. (I bought a Silistretcher ADS but I'm gathering it's best to wear it before girth, so I'm thinking length might have to be a weekend thing.)

Go with the 5x5x3 for best pumping results. Cock ring after for 1 hour sessions where you remove and return good circulation and pump. SiliStretcher fine for weekends but the more the better
