How would anyone fix a broken penis......?

Lets say your penis suffered from:

1. Bad masturbation habits
2. ED
3. Physical damage due to squeezing your shaft too hard while ejaculating

How would you fix your penis back to health?
 
go to the ER. :R If its actually broken or see a doctor...

I'm holding off on PE until i'm Healthy or actually know for sure how to become Healthy.
So can't help you on #3
Though knowing how to achieve your optimal health should resolve ED and Vitiligo (Pretty Sure)

This should not cause damage.

The things I suggest you should do to have a good penile health is to refrain from masturbation as this will take away strength from your EQ. I would start doing pelvic floor exercises to strengthen them in order to give you more endurance and higher EQ. This exercise can be found in Newbie Routine under PC health.

doing a warm-up using heat is also very smart as this will relax the penis so you do not pull or strain your ligament. A strained ligament will keep you out of the game for months.

Do not waste downtime, every moment you have free you should be healing your penis through extending your penis at a moderate intensity after length work and a cock ring after girth. Both of these practices will allow you to heal in a elongated or expanded state.

We should also look at the mental perspective here and bring light to the fact that if we are suffering from depression or anxiety it will have an effect on our work. So it’s very important to spend time here and talk to your brothers about whatever you’re going through and they will give you the answers and the love needed to bring you to a better place.

So I did fixed my penis (sorta).....

All I had to do is hard kegels and edging.........
 
Losing weight around your fat pad is going to give you much more visual size. Being in good health will always be a benefit to your EQ.
 
When you're ready to resume training. start with a "Stamina Only" routine to develop a foundation and to ensure your EQ is at a satisfactory level. Once you achieve a satisfactory level of EQ, slowly ease into a full routine.

A “Stamina Only” male enhancement routine is one where the main emphasis is to develop higher “EQ”- as opposed to enlargement.   • Warm down

The above routine can be done 3 to 4 times a week. You should use “Day 1” to establish a rep baseline. You’ll do only as many reps to comfortably challenge yourself on that day. From there, you should try to increase your reps in small increments each subsequent training session. Your intensity should also be increased slowly but frequently.

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water.
