How to determine the right tension

Hey hey,

I'd like to know how to determine what the right tension is for the pro-extender that I'm currently using?

I've been using it now for about 2-3 weeks following the guidelines that came with it. I've used it for 2-3 hours daily with tension set to the 900g mark. I'd like to increase the tension and want to know:
1. What is the best tension from this point onward for max results
2. How do I get it to not slip off? I'm using the extra strap thing as well. I'm uncircumcised. I'll be getting circumcised in the new year around March.
3. The guidelines says to wear it for 4-6 hours from this point onward (but at 40 minute sessions) for the next 20 weeks or so... should I stay at 1-2 hour sessions or would that be causing too much damage?


Also, as a sidenote, I've been doing this thing where after each session, I would massage castor oil and vitamin E mix in to the glands and testicles while erect. I've found that it helps keep the soreness at bay - is that a good practice or should I be doing something else?

I'm currently at 5.5 inches length, 4.5inches girth. I'd like to get to 7.5-8 inches length and the girth that fits. There has been some length gains over the last few weeks, but my goal is to get closer to 8 inches in length. Gotta have goals, right? Lol

The tension that you should use is one that will have you needing to take it off after 45 mins to an hour in order to restore circulation. I would do this by starting at the tension you are currently at, then increasing the tension after 1 hour if it is still feeling comfortable and your penis isn't feeling any particular stretch. If you find that you are needing to take off the device BEFORE the 45 minutes-1hour mark then reduce the tension gradually until you find a number that you can use.

As for the time you are wearing the device then I would go by feel. If you find yourself getting sore after a certain number of hours then that is probably when you should stop. Our goal is to induce enough collagen breakdown to illicit a healing response. Soreness is a sign of this breakdown.

Nothing wrong with using the oils you are using. If you find them to be helpful then by all means continue using them.
