How to consilidate an order from MOS ?

So this it the dont fit anywhere type of post, dont see an offtopic forum.

Anyway I asked this question about a week ago throught the support but haven't received an answer so thought I'd ask here.

I wanted to buy the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words], so I added that to my cart. Then I clicked on 'continue shopping' and added the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words], But they werent in the same cart!? But in 2 seperate orders

It just happens with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words], not when adding other products( tried and it worked for [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words], lifetime members pass, etc)...I dont want to pay several shipping fees for both [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] but want both shipped in one order, I live outside the USA.

Also who gets the 25% discount, a free forum member or ones with lifetime membership ?
