How many times a day should I do the noobie routine?

Help me out please. And also what are cranks?

I always did it twice a day sometimes three times a day it all has to do with how much time you have and if you’re motivated enough to get that much work in. you do not want to overdo it and cause injury but you always want to push the intensity to the point of making gains. I was very hard-core and I made gains very quickly. You have to listen to your body to know what your limits are.

Cranks or rotary stretches are simply pulling your penis, flaccid straight out in front of you and then crank it as if you’re stirring a pot of soup.

Have read through the newbie routine, which I think you have already done. Then I would like you to look at the SRT thread to get an idea of how things work in the way of gaining and healing.

Yes thank you sir and I’ve recently found out that my friend use to practice this same technique as mention from the noobie routine and he said it works. I was shock that I found a bro :0 I do have another question how would you increase girth? Is it by jelquing by producing more blood flow? I’m also trying to do the noobie routine twice a day but if I can’t once day is my goal.

you are so welcome my brother. The best way to increase girth is using the SRT 5×5×3. This routine can bring more than an inch in temporary expansion, totally usable in sex. You may also want to eventually move into the SRT program as it is the best routine possible.
