How many off days is Ideal in a month?

I've been pumping with the mityvac 2.5 cylinder since 1st of September. Ive taken 3 off days so far and won't take anymore in this month of September.

My question is, have I made any mistake by taking those 3 off days? Bear in mind that, the 3 off days are only taken in this month of September. How many off days is ideal in a one month period.

I will appreciate your feedbacks.
 
I think this depends on your cock and how much stress you're putting on it. I know I'm pretty new still, but it seems like resting after a very intense exercise doesn't really affect my gains.
 
My experience is that some rest is very healthy to recover, just like if you are training other parts your body and they need to recover.
I noticed that, while on a holiday this summer and not being able to do pe for 2 weeks, I did not lose any progress. The opposite, when I started again I gained extra girth within a few weeks but faster than before.
Now I 'train' 5 days in a week and Saturday and Sunday are off days.
 
Switch it up sometimes, 2 days on 1 day off for a couple of weeks. Then 1 day on 1 day off for a week, take collagen to help heal your dick tissue / add to gains
 
This is why it's crucial to be diligent and maintain a daily PE-journal. Not only on your PE-training, but on your daily amount of rest/sleep you are getting. It gives you the data to analyze your progress and results to what is working or not working for your small monthly goals to eventually reach your ultimate goal. If done correctly, it will reveal if you need more days of rest or PE-training.


I get you correctly. There are some days when I don't get enough expansion and there are also days when I get good expansion. I think, on those days of little expansion, I wasn't suppose to train.
