How long do we have to stay in an expanded state after exercise?

How long after exercise do we have to stay in an expanded state? I just started training again this week. After a couple hours in the silistretcher I then do 5x5x3 followed by DLD hardcore stretches. I go into duro rings for about and hour then I go back into the silistretcher for an hour or so. Is that enough time in an expanded state for healing? How long do I have to be in an expanded state after exercise?

It depends on different factors. After doing girth work you should wear a cock ring for about two hours to keep the pumped size around long as possible so you heal in a expanded state. But some brothers after two hours will takeoff the ring, return good circulation, get another erection and go for another two hours. So you can see the factors of time and what can be done.

in the same way length we want to remain elongated after we have trained for as long as possible. Again at least two hours but if you have an SiliStretcher or the like and you’re able to go longer, go as long as possible, the longer you go the faster length will be cemented.

I haven’t started any stretches yet but I’ve been doing the silistretcher for 2-4hrs a day the I do the 5x5x3. I really want to gain length. I was thinking about doing lengthmaster routines but in the past I always clamped in right before my head. I was wondering if I can grip the lengthmaster more in the middle of my dick or closer to the base to bring out more length manually and expressively.

Yes you can my brother I invented the exercise years ago. Simply attach your length master about a quarter to a half inch above your base clamp down and do expressive stretching. You can clamp midshaft and do fulcrum stretching. The lengthmaster is something you need to make your own. There are so many ways to use the LM that every persons is going to personalize their training. I write routines all day long but what always happens is the person needs it personalized.
 
Yeah that makes sense. I feel like midshaft and base is where I’m going to gain my length best. I gain girth some easily. Length has always been hard for me but then again I only ever pull just before the head. I feel like base stretching and mid shaft stretching is gonna be my secret to gaining real length of anywhere between 1-2inches. I’m 7.5 bone pressed. 6.9 erect non bone pressed but if I pull some fat pad back my actual dick is 7.25. My goal is 8 inches in length and 7 in girth. I’m already 6 in girth. Let me know what you think would work best for me.

I feel like the duro rings are way too tight to keep on that long, i do like a half hour and then switch to the other one cuz it starts getting cold.

Good advice...
The cold feeling is an physical indicator for the blood circulation is very poor or none existed. Remove the impending device, recirculate the blood, rinse and repeat until PE-session is completed.

How do you get the duroring off safely? I always feel like I’m on the edge of tearing skin
 
For my experience I wear a cock ring 24hours a day... a silicone rings for 2 to 4 hours after training then I just go for a soft wrap like a strip of cotton slightly tied for the rest of the day and even at night without any problem. I’ve been trying this routine for almost three months now and never had issues.

Just a better hang throughout the day that allow me to heal in an expanded state and doesn’t let it retract completely...
 
I do a very physical job my penis tent to retract unfortunately... so I had to figure out anything that wil help keeping me expanded... For length you can just wear a sleeve/ads but for girth is a little bit complicated....

Lawl? i finally figured it out. I think i stretched the ring a bit, but also now that I’m doing 5x5x3 I’m not all bloated and getting it on and off is going better. I’ve had it one for several hours tonight in 30 minute increments. Unbelievable expansion. I suddenly believe in myself. Length gains seem a little stagnant but i know sometimes it’s fits and starts so I’m not getting discouraged. I value girth gains more anyhow but i want both. Anyhow, thanks everyone for the support, I’ll be strapping into the silistretcher for the first time tomorrow morn

IMO, it all depends on how long you want to stay expanded after your girth session. 30mins is the minimum time that is recommended to wear a cock ring to help you stay expanded. But if someone is focusing mainly on girth, the best thing to do is to always remove the cock ring after one hour, get in some SSJ for about 10mins and put the cockring back on. Repeat the process for as long as possible. You can do this for over 6 hours or more as long as you are paying attention to blood circulation.
