How long did it take you guys to reach your goal and how much did you gain and also if you can, what was your routine?
When I started a year and some change ago, I was wanting to add 1 inch. That took me right around 6 months. I only gained about .250 in girth. I wasnt targeting at all or pulling really any kind of routine, just yank and hold and some Jelqs. After I saw how easy it was and that it was really possible, I jumped on the bandwagon hard. Long gone is..man, if I could only add 1 inch.. I've already hit my second goal of 2 inches in length. Girth.. Its at .5 Just starting to target there. I started at 5.5 and 5.0 girth. Currently sitting at 7.5 x 5.5. I would like the 8x6 golden ticket please and thank you.. All manual work aside from a pump. Supplementing like an herb-ologist.. I also started using anti stretch mark cream with elastin as you can see the visible mark where the old peen was..crazy. I am also really getting in tune with my P.I. cues and starting to understand what my body is telling me.

No..None.. I was going at it like an animal. First my EQ improved so much that I stuck with it. Then I decided to measure at month 3. Simple outward stretch and the cheesiest Jelq's of all time up until that point. I had measured once a million years ago and saw 5.5. Made me sad...but whatever. It measured 5.75..at that point I realized that woa..this crap works. From month 3 to 6, I was doing twice a days for 30 minutes to an hour and started following the newbie routine. By month 6, I was at 6.5. Astonished. I still do my twice a days but I started adding in DLD blasters, started Jelquing correctly, squeezes, pumping, erect stretching, supplementing..Etc.. By the 1 year mark, I had gained another full inch and have the stretch mark to prove it.. I have just recently added bundled stretches, expressive stretches in the pump and the SSJ..I am obviously an easy gainer lengthwise. Not so sure yet about the girth. Its like your penis reaches this point where it understands you are trying to get it to grow. You make this wierd connection with the darn thing and start to understand physically what sensation is effective and everything just starts to click. I now only take time off when my wang tells me to. Believe me, It will. Gotta develop that real mind body connection. If you look close at the choad, up towards the base you can literally see the 2, 1" inch stretch marks. Made me start using anti stretch cream. Thats amazing man! did you put those 2 inches on by doing the newbie routine"? im currently watching and memorizing all of your videos!!I never really had a goal but I did put on 2 inches of length in six months and another half inch girth and that same time. The rest of my growth happens over the next decade. In total I gained 4 inches in length and 2 inches and girth.

1 inch in 1 year is pretty sick! I bet your next inch comes easy.. I hope I can get the 8x6. I can get the 8 BPFL..Just wish it would inflate that long on its own. I have been putting more effort into erect stretches as of late, trying to even it up. On a good day, I can get 7.625. I love the manual work and think its a great way to get started. Low risk there, gives you time to really build that connection, understand the excersizes. It also helps that I have hand strength like a gorilla, so I can pretty much rip the dam thing off. I think once i stop seeing the tape move and I can reliably get 8.5 all ballooned up, I'll go after the girth hard AF.. Last week, I did time in the pump, alternating between it and SSJ's holey moley man..It was just a big fat sausage for like 3 days..Then for 3 days after, it was like...don't you touch me you bastard!! Ran up inside my ball sac.. My EQ just came back. There's power in them squashes..Like..be careful power..I have just recently started to make sure the ok grip is at the base and creates an opposing force while I stretch. I am starting to feel a ton of tight skin that I didnt realize, hair creep..all the good stuff. I did the newbie routine three times a day and I used a power assist. That’s really all that was available at the time as far as equipment. There was the Jes extender but it cost $1200 at a time so I had to go at manual plus my invention of the power assist which eventually became the lengthmaster. It’s amazing today that you can get a top-of-the-line extender like the StealthStretcher for under $200! If I had these devices I would not have had to wait as long as I did to make my final growth.
I've thought on this a few times DLD..I've read in a few places where you said..First 2 inches quick. Second 2 a decade..I wonder how much your technology over the years will advance our gains? I didn't get my first 2 quite as fast as you, but close. I wonder if..thanks to your advancements in the sport, mine will come quicker. If so, how much quicker? Looking forward to that Lengthmaster. Once I hit 8, I will go that route to get that 2nd half express/bundle stylie..I can see already nearing 8, it just doesn't look as big as I expected..Oh man..here's another one with body dis morphia. Maybe I'll stop at 9..9 looks good on the ruler.

6 months to my half way mark for BPEL, and now at goal for BPFL. Just measured yesterday...0.5in gain in BPEL (baseline 6.25 BPEL, now 6.75, goal 7.25).
But as others have noted, this is with a consistent program, which I would consider relatively time intensive. But the gain is insane motivation to keep going.

I've gained a whole inch BPEL. It took about 4ish years but only because I have not been super consistent. Girth gains have been about half an inch. I'm at 6.75 BPEL and 5.5 MEG. Wanting to be a way bigger LOL (9x7). I'm currently sticking to it quite well and expect to see gains over the next month. I'm also working on the rest of my body and mind right now. I'm really wanting to develop a lifestyle of fitness/PE/health in general rather than repeating my past behavior of just doing things a 2-4 months at a time.
I am in that same groove. Really focusing on fitness, health, the mental game while doing PE and believe the whole enchilada is the way to go. Testosterone goes up, blood flow increases, your body is in repair mode, mind is in a good place. All good. Congrats on that 1 inch, that's incredible! If 1 inch took 10 years, I would do it. Just to make reverse cowgirl easier..(like). 9 inches would be unbelievable..not sure about the 7 tho..that might take a SPECIAL kind of girl...
