How long can you wear the LengthHanger?

The PowerHanger's plates are designed for weight or some form of elastic line, such as yoga tubing or elastic strips.

As for blood cutting off, it depends on your wrapping. If you wrap tightly, the maximum time is 10 minutes. If you wrap loosely, your maximum time is 30 minutes. The wrapping should be comfortable at your level of penile shaft and glans conditioning. There are many posts for wrapping methods, and each method allows the time to be shorten or lengthen within the plates.

@ronjohnson69 Got to check in on you brother. You've been using the PowerHanger plates for hanging consistently? How are things coming along?

I got to do some following questions based on the amount of weights you've started out with and where you are now. I know it's only been around 2 months, but if I get your intention right, you are the aggressive type. You probably hanging around 10lbs of weight or more by now. Let us know how you're doing and make sure to progressively doing things safely.

It really blows my mind in the difference in how much weight each brother can handle. Some start heavy and others light. I wonder what the gain ratio is.

Been trying to compile that type of info for the past 10 years. Not a whole lot of data to work with.
